4Does open at 7am, more realistically whenever the workers feel like opening the store in the morning
I’ve been using this pharmacy for many years and arrived at 9: 15am on a Thursday morning to find the pharmacy closed because the rest of the staff was waiting for a pharmacist to arrive. Other recent reviews indicate closings due to short staffing not uncommon now. I guess Walgreens is mismanaging this location. Time to look for a different go-to.
Rude pharmacy staff. I work in a medical field and I have to call prescriptions in. The auto prompt doesn't allow us to just leave a message, so I'm placed on hold for over 30 minutes, repetitive music then ringing and someone picks up the phone and hangs up. This happens a lot. I wouldn't use this pharmacy if I didn't have to.
There seems to be high turnover and the current staff is better than a few months ago. Most are kind and helpful, but working with low staff issues - so it still tips quickly towards dysfunctional.
