Yolanda gave me the vaccine shot and it was so pleasant. I hope for my 2nd shot she'll do it. Amazing customer service.

The pharmacy here has one favorite line "insurance won't pay for it" Yeah okay. Go to the small business pharmacies. The location is nice and clean but the pharmacy is no good.

Their employees are always kind and professionals. I thought my prescription wasn’t covered by my insurance, but two girls there got together and checked it out and I paid a very small amount, not 250+ as it’s the original price. Thanks for all your kindness and professionalism. God Bless you all!

Avoid using this Duane Reade as FedEx "Hold at Location" if at all possible. I spent all day today trying to track down a package that was marked as delivered to this location, but multiple employees assured me it wasn't there. They assured me it did not show up in their system as being received, and that they had checked the tapes and there hadn't been *any FedEx Express delivery that day*. When the package finally was located 5 hours after I was notified of delivery, the story changed: suddenly it turns out it was in their system all along, and they hadn't actually checked the tapes for the entire day but just for the narrow band of time when the package was reported as delivered. Not to mention that the box had been there the whole time and they somehow failed to see it when they looked for it multiple times. It took me 3 physical visits and pretty much all day on the phone with the sender and with FedEx to get the mystery resolved. Would not recommend!

Employee who work at this store have the worst customer service and don't even know how to track a online walgreen.com order sent to store. Never use Walgreen online send to store.you probably better off shop somewhere else. Its a hot mess!

This store is listed as temporarily closed but does not explain why. My prescription was never filled. It was not transferred to a different location. I was not notified in any way.

This location gets extremely busy during rush hours yet they don't seem to staff differently to deal with the rush. I feel bad for the staff because they always seem overwhelmed and stressed. And even though you can pay online and there is a space for express pickup, you have to stand in the regular line negating the whole point of express pickup.

This was the last straw. Extremely unprofessional, will be switching to a different pharmacy.

While there are days that the pharmacy has a long wait, I have found their pharmacists and overall staff to be fantastic. They have been extremely cooperative and patient with me over the years, and that type of customer service can be rare.

Excellent location and a great selection of items! It was a precise and excellent service! I urge everyone to use this company! Thumbs up!

This is the most astoundingly slow Duane Reade I've ever been to. Avoid for the sake of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ

This place used to be ok, but it’s become an absolutely awful experience. The lines are incredibly long almost all the time, and they can never seem to get a prescription right on the first try. Almost every time, I wind up having to make two trips, even if I’ve gotten a notification from them saying it was ready. Extremely unprofessional and disorganized. Go anywhere else, or switch to mail order instead if possible.

This location is basically your typical Duane Reade: they'll mostly have what you're looking for, though it's not quite straightforward finding it, and you'll more often than not be frustrated at how long it takes to check out, either because of a long line or an incompetent cashier.

The lines are to long. Too much unnecessary talking at the desk. If it doesn't improve I'm going back to King's Pharmacy across the street.

A clean, well-lit, decently sized store with convenience store supplies. Not really a grocery store if that's what you're looking for, but other than that it's probably got you covered.

I like this place, its never too crowded, if the lines are long they are knocked out fast and they have everything I need here, The location is great not too far from home. Great place.

Pretty standard general pharmacy. Thought the prices seemed a bit high. I like CVS or Walgreens better. The location is good and convenient.

I love shopping there, they have almost everything you need and it's walking distance from my house so I don't mind the walking and the staff is friendly.

This is my favorite pharmacy. It has everything I need and the staff are very friendly always asking me if I need something and they help me find what I am looking for.

Called to see if they have puppy wee wee pads and Vanessa whom I talked to didn't even bother checking and just flat out said no. Btw, they do have wee wee pads. If you are that lazy and don't want to work there, you shouldn't.
