I just tried to buy make up that was listed as clearance. When I got to the register the prices were doubled. When I asked why the woman at the register told me that only the white shades of makeup are on sale. Not the brown shades, so i and every other black or brown person buying makeup would have to do so at double the price everyone else is paying.t's 2022 and you're still THIS blatantly racist? In a DUANE READE? If I didn't actually need what I purchased for my cats, I would've put everything back. I put every single other cosmetic item back and told her to take them off my receipt I didn't want them. I returned every cosmetic item i initially picked up. I'll never be back. I'm filing a complaint with your corporate branch as well. You'll not ever get another dime from me.

The worst DR. They have FedEx packages services there, but I carried 2 packages walked 15 mins to there, and waited 30 mins, a old lady told me they didn’t accept any packages on weekends! But another lady in the front me had a package too, and they accepted. That old lady was miserable.

My family experienced an extremely long wait for booster shot today, despite of no one else is waiting to get vaccinated. Waited over half hour past appointment time to receive the shot.

The nurse who gave the vaccination shot has a bad attitude - didn’t even bother to tell us to wait 15 mins for observation purpose. Customer service training is certainly needed.

Long wait for prescription pick up even when doctor sent ahead of time. In general, technicians seem nice.
