Listen to what the other reviews are saying and send your prescriptions somewhere else. I tried to give them a chance because they’re the closest to my apartment and ended up having the same issues as everyone else. No, thanks. I’ll be transferring my prescriptions to the local pharmacy near my office. Bye bye!

Pharmacy has zero interest in customer service. Often wait 30+ mins on hold just to be hung up on.

Pharmacy was supposed to open at 9. Apparently they don’t know where they put the key and don’t have a spare. There’s a huge line of people who need their medicine with no open in sight.

How does this even happen? Mismanaged and disorganized.

Pharmacy area is always closed for some reason or other. Even when open they are unbelievably slow. If anything happens with the prescription (such as medication being out of stock) they won't notify you. They simply will not fill it and then shrug when you wait in line for 40 minutes to pick up the prescription they failed to fill.

Product was out of stock despite showing as available online and being reserved in advance. Staff was unable to offer an alternative.

This is just for the pharmacy:
Avoid if you can! There were 5 customers (including me) at the pharmacy, and every single one of us had issue with them. That's how bad they are.
I was picking up three medications. They said my insurance didn't cover one of them and it'd be $90. For the two medications that my insurance did cover, they charged me $45 anyway.
I went to CVS the next day, no issue with my insurance and only paid $5 for my medication.
So if you're reading this review, do yourself a favor and go to a CVS. There are plenty other pharmacies nearby, don't waste your time and money here.
