Duanesburg Diner & Restaurant reviews
18We make it a point to stop and see our Favorite waitress and have something delicious every time we travel to the VA. The food is excellent, service so very courteous and the history of the building is an education. A delightful stop every time
I had the Greek Omelet. It was delicious if you like Feta Cheese. I found this Diner on the way to Albany Airport. It has a lot of history and the staff is friendly.
Classic old diner with friendly staff and great cooking. We felt fortune to find it when passing through.
Great food and service. A real antique setting like from my childhood.
Family owned and operated
Old time dinner pretty cool, with an addition for greater seating great local home cooking,
Friendly staff
I enjoyed my breakfast experience at this local diner. Coffee was fresh, hot and plentiful. Service was friendly. Large oatmeal with milk and brown sugar was excellent. It was great to see the local folks come for breakfast and coffee.
Always stop here on our way to upstate NY. Service was excellent and food was good. Always enjoy eating at a small dinner, when
you don't find anymore. Prices were reasonable.
Nice diner with good service. The waitress was very busy and was able to stay on top of all the orders and customer service. She did an excellent job. Food was very good and came out quickly even with the number of customers they had. 2 egg, ham, and motz.cheese bagel was delicious. The sausage gravy as a side was not the best I have every had (lack of sausage and thin).
But overall it was a great quick stop to get some breakfast food.
Service was friendly and prompt. Our waitress and busser had great customer service skills and standards. They were experienced and worked well together. This made our meal pretty carefree and relaxed. Food was good!
Arrived too late for supper.asked an allowed to park THANK YOU. Will stop earlier next time thru
Stopped on our last day of 5 on a trip to Alexandra Bay. Tiny and crowded, but one of the few places with egg beaters, which I liked after eggs for breakfast quite a few days earlier. Definitely a go to breakfast place.
We were on a schedule and were there at lunchtime. Was very busy but they were able to accommodate us. The food and service were very good.
Excellent burger and fries. Great down home Old School Diner with very good service. Staff was excellent. Will return.
Great diner with a hometown feel - the waitress greeted regulars by name, and the walls are covered with pictures. Open 84 years and counting! Portions are typical diner size so bring your appetite and they'll take care of you.
Hot Pastrami sandwich was very light on meat & Swiss Cheese not melted. Taste average at best.
I came here to have breakfast, I am a truck driver and tired of truck stop food. Amazing place, the food was great, they have truck parking. I marked this place and I will definitely stop by if I am ever in this area again.
Quaint little diner. The staff was very kind and the place was homey. My burger was so juicy and done perfectly as were the mushrooms. I wish my onion rings were thicker onions but they were cooked well. If I'm ever in the area, I will definitely stop by again.
I think it sold. Food is progressively worse. Used to be a head to spot when I was in the area. I won't be back
