On the contrary, I loved it! The smell of coffee alone is worth the 5 stars! And don't get me started on the donuts!

I will never buy anything from there first of all. The worker phone rang and he picked it up and a whole conversation right in front of me and then I ask him can I have a box because I want to order 5 donuts. Then he tell me the box is only for 6. Welp since his customer service sucks I left with only with one donut. I didn’t even want to spend money there. Never again!

Order iced tea, they accidentally made a hot tea which is not a big deal. When I corrected them, they proceeded to tell me that it’s actually 50cents more. Except now I have to pay in cash, which I originally paid in card. Just decided to leave at this point, shouldn’t be so difficult to get a unsweetened iced tea! The attitude of this dd’s employees are the worst.

They had almost everything like any other Dunkin donuts store. It's a small location, so I assume it would get packed rather quickly. Customer service wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but still a good job. For anyone that's counting calories to lose weight, you want to think another place, cause the sell amazing food at a high calorie price.

My favorite Ice Coffee.hazelnut.light w/ cream no sugar! They always make it perfect.usage egg n cheese on a everything bagel toasted

The customer service was the worse last week I order an ice latte and got a hatred attitude by this rude older lady who looks like she didn’t want to be bothered and it made me uncomfortable. I’ll never step foot there again after the mean look she gave me just fire some staff and hire more professional people who have better manners and decent service

My usual go to spot for iced latte 2x a week. But to my dismay the expresso machine has been down for like 2weeks.i mean really they make $ so why not fix immediately to avoid losing $. Ohhh the disappointment.it sucks!

Worst service! Coffee is almost always bitter, cold brew tastes like iced coffee and they'll charge you for extra napkins if they could. I asked for a refund before my order was made and they did not want to give it to me.

I little small but most people order to go so you have a pretty good chance to order and eat inside if you want to. So far my orders have always been right

Not the best since they sometimes lack certain donuts, but the service is great and conveniently located near the 2 and 5 train 174th street stop.
