Dunkin', New York NY

Got a dozen donuts at 8: 45 am. Took them to a party at 9am people asked if I got yesterday. The were stale and hard and just not good.

Do not go to this location, I still can’t believe that female employees told me: (You can go to other location if you don’t like it.) I won't go back again! I don’t wanna see your face and his face. Makes me sick.
BTW. African female employees and male employees they are the best by this place.

Dunkin is getting worst by the minute! I am no longer loyal to Dunkin Donuts, the staff are not properly trained I'm making drinks or customer service! I have officially switched over to Starbucks where I know it is more expensive but you get what you pay for& the drinks are delicious if you know what to order!

I order 2 wake up wrap and avocado tost with out bacon when I reach to my office the wake up wrap has Bacon never going back there.

I'm never coming back to this location. One trip I ordered a coffee with oat milk. When I got in the store I was told there was no oat milk and if they could use almond milk instead. The next day or so after that I ordered a coffee with oatmillk, came in and wasn't asked about and substitutions and ended up with stomach pain and frequent bathroom trips because inside that coffee was NOT oatmilk. That was regular milk in there and im lactose sensitive. Never again.

I love dunkin' don't get me wrong, but I wish they would have someone by the door to make sure their aren't a lot of people in the store for social distancing, yes I see the floor stickers but I guess others don't.

My go 2 early am when i need a fix for some coffee and a fresh donuts staff in the am is very friendly and kind service as well atleast when i go therethanks DD see ya soon again

This Dunkin serves good coffee but customer service is the worst. People working inside are so unorganized and inefficient that some time I see customers just leaving without ordering. I did the same today. If you have customers and not service is a business I can't understand. HOPE the owner can get better people inside so he could make his business more successful!

The service here is terrible. I was there Tuesday morning on 11/17/20 and the lady that was preparing my coffee was wasting time talking to the cashier. When I asked her why is it talking so long to make my Latte she said to me rudely that she can't rush the machine. It wasn't the machines fault it was that she started my coffee after her conversation causing me to wait longer than I should have. I will never buy anything at this location ever again.

Dan más hielo que caffe si pago por un vaso más grande es porque quiero más cafe, pero lo que más me venden es hielo pésimo servicio por eso.

They give more ice than caffe if I pay for a bigger glass is because I want more coffee, but what they sell me the most is lousy service ice for that reason.

This shop open through the entire pedammic period serving community, unlike other bigger chain closed. Staff are nice, donuts are fresh. Thank you.

Nice service.just have to be careful people don't take your order. Had that happen several times and the staff doesn't check when people pick things up.

Typical Dunkin, fast service but I went at an off hour. Ask for Jimmy. I don't think there's a Jimmy who works there, I've just always wanted to say that.

Nice folks here (that's why the stars) and I've always ordered the same coffee in OTHER Dunkin BUT HERE it tasted different
More watered down? I threw away the last cup I bought here Shame though
