15Love the Greenville Dunkin Location, it looks so nice from the inside and the outside. Way better than the Cairo one.
This place is the worst. Everytime I get a coffee from them its always wrong. And the service sucks. They need to get there stuff together. Its not hard to make a coffee. I used to work for dunkin so i know for a fact its not hard at all.
Was okay, went for one specialty drink but had to get a different one because they didn't have the salted caramel
Really good Dunkin Donuts. They typically move pretty quick and the staff are also great. To save a little bit of time you can also send in your order ahead of time through there app. A lot of stores are also nearby which puts it in a great location. They also have a drive through as well.
Latte machine has been broken for about 8 months and was told they received the part and it fell off the truck and broke so they had to order another. Sure.
Morning shift is AWESOME. Wherever they found the animals for the afternoon is beyond me. I dont know ANY dunkin but this one that cleans everything up and stands around for the last hour of their shift. You can never go here in the evening and get even a DECENT coffee it always sucks. I dont know what they did to train the afternoon staff, if anything at all. But something MUST change.
I stopped to get a coffee, which was fine. I usually buy a donut; however, the size of your donuts, pastries, muffins, and munchkins is considerably smaller than what they used to be. I am disappointed to say the least!
This place ALWAYS has stale donuts that are smashed half the time. It's also the most expensive one around. Terrible to serve stale donuts! UPDATE.still NO jelly in stale donuts first thing in the morning.
The worst dunkin EVER! This place has had NO ESPRESSO MACHINE ALL SUMMER! How the hell can you operate a coffee shop and advertise drinks that require an expresso machine? Thats needed for HALF of your drink menu! How hard is it for a million dollar company to get a machine? Totally uncalled for. I hope another place comes in and puts that place out of business. Poor management
After about 3 months of the latte machine being broke you would think they would get a new one. Simple concept.
*edit* after reading through the reviews it appears the latte machine has been down on and off for 8 months now.
Big store. But very slow service. No one inside and only me on the drive thru. Unfortunately this seems the norm these days. Short staffed? Good iced coffee though!
Even if the drive thru line is a mile long don't go inside. That whole mile long line will get served before you get your coffee.
Pulled in to a large line in the drive thru. They worked through it quickly and my order was fresh and correct
Food was good but due to covid restrictions there is no inside dining. They don't even have a picnic table or bench outside
Would be 5stars. Staff very friendly but machine was down and Macha had way too much ice. Donuts and breakfast sandwiches were very good here.
