7On Tuesday, july 9th at 6: 15pm, older male employee was serving customers by himself. Another employee was there in the back and asked him if he needed help, guy stated no. He than stated these customers need to be patient. Not trying to get anyone fired, more of a coaching opportunity. If he isn’t happy working at your dunkin location, he shouldn’t be working there. I will take my business else where.
The short black girl with orange braids hit me with a wet mop while I was waiting for an order and expressed no apology. I just moved to the area from New York City, spend tons of money at Dunkin’ and am very dissatisfied with this service, and now have to be faced with this ghetto attitude from your franchise, so discipline her or I’ll take my business elsewhere.
First DD I go go that does not fill your drinks with sugar. Great environment and neatness. Looks clean, have a "A" rating, and just right.
The place needs a face lift and it should offer a variety of fresh and colorful donuts. I see boring looking ones and it's not well stocked.
The server walked away before I finished giving my coffee order. When I got the coffee the sugar was so thick at the bottom I couldn't get it up through the straw. It was too sweet to even drink. The coffee was cold within 5 minutes. No pleased at all!
My stop for coffee drinks and to spend quality time catching up with families and friends!
I like that they have Almond Milk as a alternative and ways to save ongoingly.
