Dunkin', Staten Island NY

Last time I was here I was "helped" by some blonde new girl with a smart mouth who couldn't even properly help me. Very sarcastic and belittling with her tone.

Well it's a Dunkin, they get your order right 60 percent of the time. Which is annoying when I do the on the go.

Disaster. Parking lot was crazy. Could not get in the store, even worse trying to get out of parking lot

Good to know that this place still hasn't changed one of your staff told me I was faking a disability because I'm younger and use a cane from being unable to stand since a car accident. Come to find out. You kick my friend out for her service dog despite her having ADA cards. You people are disgusting one of these days someone won't let you bully them out.

What a Great Establishment. I visit them everyday usually in the mornings. At this point the Manager/Owner and her staff know my order without me having to say a word. Everyone who works there has a pleasant disposition and all greet you with a smile. And that is a reflection of the Manager/Owner.

Was supposed write out job application, she told me to make copy of my information. She never returned my calls and hung up on me

Confirmed this is only DD that makes lattes with espresso so you don't have to deal with the other DDs that make you pay $4.75 for a straight up glass of milk

This store is clean and the staff is always friendly & helpful. Donuts are always fresh and the coffee is nice & hot!

I am very disappointed with this establishment. I occasionally order from here via door dash and I would say 9/10 times I’ve ordered, the order has been completely incorrect. It’s like the people working the over night shift completely disregard what is ordered and just gives you what THEY want you to have. After receiving another incorrect order via door dash last night, I decided to drive to the establishment. I re ordered my meal which were 3 bagels with strawberry cream cheese and 4 orders of the “snackin’ bacon”, to which the staff member working that night asked me if I was “sure” i wanted all that bacon. I ordered it, so yes I’m sure. After receiving my order I checked to make sure it was correct and it wasn’t again! I ordered SNACKIN BACON (maple sugar peppercorn bacon — AS ADVERTISED) and the person who works over night gave me regular bacon. When i went to return it and get the Maple sugar bacon he told me that the “snackin’ bacon” is the regular bacon and if I wanted the Maple sugar bacon I “should have specified” that i wanted the maple sugar bacon. In every other DD all I have to say is “snackin’ bacon” and they automatically know to cook the Maple Sugar bacon so why at this DD does it have to be specified? He then tried to get me to pay for the additional bacon, despite me trying to give him back the regular bacon. I frequent this DD a lot and it is very RARE that i am NOT disappointed. Please do better.

This Dunkin’ is the best on the island. My coffee is always slamming. Every other Dunkin’ can kick rocks.

Guy told me they were closed when they had and hour on the clock to go. Didn’t want to serve me. Rude

I noticed that all the Dunkin Donuts coffee dosen't taste the same.according to which store it is, however I think that this Dunkin Donuts makes the best on the island (not to light not to dark just right) and the staff is really nice!
