Night staff needs revamp. Plus no hot food at night is common and almost standard? Close up shop w no food available! Sad. Not what it used to be. Please fix this staple joint!

Good but too crowded. I saw a few orders that were not done as requested.
I paid for a large Latte and was given a medium one.
The barista said sorry and fixed it.

Good Dunkin’ Donuts. Has a parking lot and dine in tables. Staff is always fast and helpful and menu is updated frequently. Just know that it is a kosher location and all bacon and sausage will be veggie based. Kosher certified by the Vaad of the five towns and all milk is chalav yisroel. Also offers milk alternatives and decaf coffee. Reasonable Dunkin prices.

My husband bought a regular coffee from here earlier today. Shortly after he started to drink it he became very ill, throwing up for over an hour, and he became pale and began sweating. He's better but is still dizzy and light-headed.
Please be careful, ask if the coffee is fresh. I have no idea what could have been in it to make him this sick.

Horrible customer service, communication skills are disgusting and I witnessed a Muslim employee get bullied by the Cashier. I am suprised at how the quality in service has declined.

My girlfriend ordered an iced coffee with coconut milk through uber eats from this place and they couldn't do a simple thing like that right, train those worthless teenage employees better. They didn't add any type of milk to it and it tastes horrible.

This Dunkin Donuts is excellent for its variety it always has what you need the parking is sufficient and the people are polite the only problem is they could use more stuff because they get backlogged and lines start to form which is no good if you're just getting a few cups of coffee to go they should separate the lines and just have a line for picking up coffee

It's sad how the employees don't care about the customer satisfaction anymore. Order an iced coffee the first time it was wrong because the cashier was too busy on the phone to listen the order! The guy change the coffee and it tasted disgusting AGAIN was not what I ordered. I asked the spanish lady to change it for me she said we are not allowed to remake it again I'm sorry! Really bad customer service

Place sucks. Service very slow. Almost 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. I would have left I didn’t pay for it already. Ridiculous. 6 people working behind counter. Don’t understand what was taking it so long

Worst Dunkin ever! Longest lines. Runs out of food all the time. Don’t have majority of food items. And don’t order on the app because it’s definitely not faster at this place.

The employees were very nice but they didn't have what I wanted because it was sold out the other day and the lines were very very long

Interesting place as it's a kosher Dunkin Doughnuts. The only thing is they are meant to have kosher versions of bacon and sausage (non animal substitution), which are in most of the items on the menu, but for some reason are out of stock as for May 2022.

The lines can be really long but staff is always friendly. Use the Dunkin app for on the go orders and you'll be out much faster.

Saturday night shift beware! Most incompetent and laziest staff I have ever encountered. Made a very simple order of bagels and hash browns. After placing my order, I joined a large crowd of people waiting to receive their orders. A half hour later still waiting. There were about 6 staff members working the kitchen, literally wandering around taking their time to spread cream cheese and tuna on bagels that looked like they were out for hours. 30 minutes later, still no order. Finally a staff member announced to the large crowd there were no more bagels. AFTER A HALF HOUR. Tried placing a refund and we had to wait another 15-20 minutes. Never encountered such incompetence.

Got a box of joe! Asked for 2 extra empty small cups wanted to charge me $1.00 each…policy or not thats a freaking joke…

Did on the go order to avoid the line but everyone on the long line who ordered after I did got their stuff first then had to ask them for my munkins and the rest of my stuff for the box of Joe worst service I received here. Employee doing coffees was slow moving like a turtle
