Dunkin', Astoria NY

Has become a rest stop for homless and people with no where to go. You have to walk through a wall of chain smokers just to get in. Once in theres no where to sit because people stay there morning until night. I hate to say this but there should be some rules enforced to keep this at bay. Its smells and its really off putting. The renovation made it look so nice but that only lasted for a few days before it went right back to being a place that you really dont want to go in.

Horrible Service. Not a single time have they got my order right. They get something wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The staff gets mad when you tell them something is wrong. No one is ever working there. They are just standing around talking to each other.

I always buy in this place because it is close to my work, I have never complained until today that a girl treated me in a really rude way as if I was asking for alms, ABSOLUTELY NOT! I am paying for my food and that means at least I expect to be treated with respect! Another client who was next to me noticed and could only laugh and shake her head as if to say I can't believe it!

I'm buying coffee here everyday. Bathroom has been closed, out of order since the beginning of the pandemic. To lazy to clean it? Good thing though because now I go to another place. Not Dunkin and the coffee+morning breakfast sandwich is much better. Thanks for not having your bathroom open. Shame, been going there for years.

Overpriced junk food that masquerades as desert, breakfast and even lunch. Horrible prices which reflect rip off business practices. The owner at this location always keeps the bathroom closed no matter what even for paying customers. It is perpetually out of service. This is why when I walk by no one is ever in this place. It is like one of those proverbial ghost cities in China. I even witnessed the one final time I purchased old burned coffee from this location, how a regular customer asked for a cup of water on a sweltering 95 degree July day this summer. The new employee with his brash smugness and disregard actually told him it would cost a dollar with tax. Unreal. The guy even mentioned his mother comes here daily as a regular and provides plenty of business. Still this Neanderthal import actually refused until another older, mature employee who did empathize gave the guy a small dentist off sized cup or water. This is the type of business this trash runs. Avoid it. Closed it down or let Anti-Fa burn it down during the next woke riot.

They are very unprofessional in serving there guests. It smells like and there are a bunch of homeless people sitting inside which smell horrible.

The old lady who works weekday mornings is terrible. I normally wouldn’t care that she is extremely rude but she somehow doesn’t know how to make a coffee. Cappuccino, iced latte, frozen drinks, you name it.

This dunkin location always makes the best iced coffee! They are always so kind, efficient and considerate

Best dunkin i’ve been to! I always order ahead through the app and the employees are welcoming and kind

Purchased jelly munchins donuts this second time they gave me stale donuts
Get home had to throw in garbage never go there again crooks

This is the best dunkin location in New York! Fast service and great quality! The staff is also the kindest!

Ol’ reliable. Love that they include ketchup without asking and always put lots cinnamon on top of the sweet cold foam

Use to come here every morning before school, the ladies there were so nice and sometimes give free munchkins to students if ur in good with them. ️

The OG Dunkin of Ditmars! Has become a staple in the community at this point. Clean place, good food, nice people.
