Dunkin', Latham NY

After waiting 10mins in line with 1 car ahead of me I would have had to wait more time as they prepared the food. I was out of time to wait and left with just donuts I didn't want to begin with

I was travelling so thought to stop by and get some coffee.worst experience ever at this location! Drive thru was super slow.employees were rude and felt like they didn't wanted to be there.the coffee was cold! Such a disappointment.this franchise is going downhill

I go there everyday for my lunch break order the same ice coffee lol all staff are polite professional and friendly they work together as a team plus they know my drink by now lol I don't make it there on weekends so I usually have to go to numerous DD for the right drink I'm just going start going there 7 days week great job guys

The food and beverages are very inconsistent but overall it's a nice location. My real complaint is they are a bit pricier than other Latham locations.

Worst place. The manager and some other employees of this place treat you like you aren't their customers, but servants. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. Don't go here.

While waiting for my coffee, heard the manager/owner constantly yell at his employees and threatening to fire them. Very hostile work environment. Won't be going there anymore.

Fast and helpful service every time and the big thing is the order is right every day. See you tomorrow

Has been Horrible lately there is always something wrong with my order. Today i ordered a bagel with cream cheese lightly toasted and I got a bagel with butter but was charged for a bagel with cream cheese and butter.

Normally good experience but today my drink wasn't even filled up. I could tell as soon as I picked it up but I didn't want to be that person. It was a new girl, so please show her this.

I’m so beyond disgusted with this Dunkin. Me and my mom are loyal Dunkin' people, we go more than once a day. We’ll latley I’ve had to stop at the Dunkin a crossed from the airport and 99% of the time it’s this BEYOND rude gentleman named Todd I believe. I’m not one to complain but every time he’s there and I order a drink he gets it wrong, I ask him nicely to fix it and he gives me the worlds biggest attitude. I’d go there earlier in the day and different employees will say he’s rude and they won’t fire him bc they have no one to work the evening shift.which I get but there’s no reason for an attitude all the time. Today he made my order wrong, I asked him to fix it and he slammed the window in my face multiple times and shoved my drink in my face. I’ll never go there again, and those who associate with me won’t be going either.

I am AGAIN complaining about Todd who works in the evening at this location. He is the rudest person I have ever encountered and can't believe he is still employed working with the public. Every time I go there when he is on shift he is rude, inappropriate (swearing), and slams the window in your face. He obviously hates his job and it reflects poorly on your business, franchise or not. I have actually pulled up to the drive through and when I heard his voice have left and chose not to engage him. I can also tell you that he is the same miserable self with other employees as well.

The worst Dunkin id1878 donuts have ever been to they constantly get the order wrong constantly and I'm always coming But I can't go back and have them corrected so I just get to work with a mess up order they are the worst the absolute worst below it worst 0 stars if I could negative 5 stars

Always quick, service is excellent, order is always made correctly, kind employees. And it’s one of the very few places I always consistently see cleaning. No complaints.

My partner loves their coffee but I'm not a coffee drinker. It's called Dunkin' DONUTS so you would think they would have a good selection of tasty donuts, but no. Skimpy selection of too-small, stale donuts. FAIL.
