Dunkin', Greece NY

One of the worst Dunkin donuts stores I have been into. Extremely rude crew and awful, racist service.
I pray from deep in my heart that this store will never be successful. Horrendous treatment.

We were waiting for 20 minutes before we got all our food. When we got our bagel they threw it at us in disgust. There was no manager. Barely any cream cheese on the bagel. And there was bugs on the donuts. Horrible costumer service Dunkin.

Waited for 20 minutes for a cold egg sandwich and had to remind them about the bagel that my daughter ordered, which was thrown at me as if I was bothering her.only 2 young girls working with no manager, the place was messy and full of kids hanging around talking to the staff.horrible Dunkin, I hope they straighten that place out

The girl was passed at something and throw our order on the counter and all it was a breakfast sandwich

I waited over 15 minutes in the drive-through behind a single car. The girl in the car was talking the whole time with girl working the drive-through window, totally oblivious of me and the 7 cars behind me, two of whom drove off angrily after giving up on the wait. I was wedged in too tight to drive off so I finally honked my horn to let them know other customers do exist. The brat in the car in front of me promptly gave me the finger and finally left, after I'm pretty sure her friend working the window kept giving her bags of food for free since I saw no money or credit cards or cell phone payments being exchanged. I had my window rolled down and could her her asking for more items at.the.window! Whatever she wanted - free. This is called stealing. No wonder this place is always out of stuff - frozen coffee mix, eggs, etc. They are giving it away to their friends or they are just too lazy to prepare the food and drinks. When my turn came, both the girl in the drive-through window and the other young man working there glared at me. Then I heard them say "What's her order? " I said "Nevermind" and drove off. I'm sure they would have spat in my coffee. Never going to this Dunkin again. Losers!

Terrible customer service. People need to learn to apologize for when they make orders wrong. Angelina was very unprofessional and unpleasant

This is the first time I have ever been to this location.
As I walking into the building I noticed how clean the area was and kept clean of snow. Great job for the workers doing a great job working for the owners of this strip mall.
I walk into a newer style building and it was very clean and organized.
As I walk up to the counter, I noticed how clean it was with no junk on it.
The person who took my order had a good smile, very polite and said hello my I help you.
I'm pleased with how fast my order was filled.
When I brought my order home, it was a good as any D&D locations and took care of my coffee fix.
Great job to all the employees for taking care of my needs.

The order quality and humans working were great. The wait was 9 minutes from the time we ordered to the time we pulled away with our order.

Hi owner/ manager, I just saw lots of bad comments about your store, very easy to fix it if manager or owner put their real effort on making customers happy. That’s it your store will be fine, simply get riding out the employees not fit for guest service

Very poor service at this Dunkin which is very disappointing - I was just there 9: 15 on May 26 - the staff person on the drive through was barely understandable - she thought it was funny when I had to ask her a third time what she said - I asked for extra ice in my drinks - it wasn’t provided - I asked for extra ice -I was given the extra ice in a dirty coffee cup - $6 for 2 drinks and disgusting service - not worth it - this Dunkin has lost my business because of incompetent staff - hopefully the franchisee or owner reads this and fixes it for a better experience for others. I directly called the store to speak with manager - no answer - I guess not surprising

I love this location. I work nearby and stop here for a coffee almost daily. Recently they don’t fill the drinks up fully, but other than that always a good experience & great service.

Bagel bites were frozen through, inedible. Literally cold to the touch, not the first time. Spend the extra time to go to another one on long pond, you’re wasting your money on this one.

Service was very good.
The milk steamer has been down for months. Not able to get a hot latte or anything with steamed milk.

Was with wife waiting for work to get done on car at Mavis tire up the road stopped in here for a coffee, warmth and wifi for the kid and found friendly staff comfterble lounge with no one rushing us to leave.great staff great place

I ordered a hot chai latte it come out iced I told them it was to be hot she said they couldn't make it hot the steamer was broken
