Dunkin', Rochester NY

Honestly Ive only ever interacted with this store over the phone while trying to determine when the renovations on the one Monroe Dunkin closer to me would be finished.

The employees were always very kind and helpful though!

Only Dunkin in the area where the donuts aren't dry as heck! The staff is very friendly, and my drinks are always on point.

The best Dunkin by far they have the best, quickest and friendly service, highly recommend

I'm addicted to the ice coffee. However, I suggest getting the app. The lines and weight can be really long. Quite often the employees work really hard to not make eye contact to acknowledge your existence, especially if you have an issue. They focus on the drive-thru and the people standing at the register everyone else is invisible. They're also really chintzy with the cream cheese. You would think it's coming out of their paycheck.

Drive-through this morning girl with the tattoos pink hair not a very pleasant person in the morning.

Ended up throwing out my (hot) Chai latte.it was luke warm and tasted like pure sugar. Sad. Don't ever go there within the last hour of closing. Felt rushed ended up throwing out my drink.

Love my DD coffee, but mostly I love the wait staff on the early shift.at Perinton. Very friendly and use my name.

I don't know if it was because it was real busy or what but the employees weren't as cheerful as I've seen other Dunkin donuts greetings thank yous you know smiles it wasn't but it was okay I've had worse so it's not bad

Love the avocado toast with or without bacon is good. One slice fills me up and is a special treat to enjoy.

I come here most mornings before work and it's always fast, pleasant service.:) Ty guys for being so awesome every day! The app and being able to order ahead is fantastic.

Seems chronically understaffed.there's almost always a line and/wait because one worker is trying to get everything done themselves. But they've never messed up an order of mine so

I work at the vet hospital nearby and I travel to this DD quite often for my caffeine fix before work. I use the app so they know me quite well.
Today, Thanksgiving 2020, they asked, "Are you going to the vet? " To which I replied, "Yes".
Then I was handed a cup of plain munchkins and they told me, "These are for the dogs there. Happy Thanksgiving! "
I didn't even ask for these and they knew me and my job well enough and were so kind to give us something for the pups here.
Thank you all for going above and beyond. You made some very sweet dogs very happy today!

Horrible service. The first time I ordered two drinks with less sugar for my diabetic mom and aunt. The employee put three pumps of the flavor shots, so when my mom and aunt drank it they automatically realized how sweetened it was. I read the label and asked him about it, he was confused and when he finally understood he took back the cups they had drank from. I thought he would toss it out but instead he apparently put more coffee into those cups and just handed it back to me. The drinks did not taste different at all! The cups at this point had coffee stains all over and was sticky. My mom and aunt ended up just tossing it out. This time when I went it was a different worker at first who took my order but then that same worker from that day handed me my drinks. Again not only were the cups so dirty and stained, but there was hair on the top of the cup and both cups had dirty tops. I actually got nauseous. Don’t go to this location.

I really like Dunkin' because everytime I go in there they make me feel real special (maybe because I'm "Simply Marvelous"). Service is great, they observe social distance, they keep the place very clean and fresh. PLUS everything they serve is good.
