Dunkin', Brooklyn NY

It's the first time that I have eaten such bad donuts at Dunkin's chain, bought a six-pack, and they were so bad.two hard as rocks, some tasted like oil and the others tasted anything but donuts. I leave with a bad taste in my mouth. I had the hope that they were going to taste amazing here.

Kind of disappointed they did not have the white mocha hot chocolate but had the advertisement all over the store

Good donuts and coffee but have been up-charged multiple times beyond advertised prices. When asked about it, I was told it was done accidentally. Since it has happened multiple times, I'm not so sure.

The customer service here made my morning. The manager with the nice hair and blue eyes goes above and beyond to be a day maker. Give that man a raise. Being from Boston, I know Dunkins and he is doing NYC a service. Such a joy to buy a tea and have him make my day.

Absolutely one or the WORST DD I even been to.if it's not the worst ever.coffee was watery, it tasted like water with flavor.staff are not professional.the place smelled like smoke.
I DO NOT recommend it.

Very crowded. Staff appeared a little overwhelmed even though there were about 5-6 people working. Maybe several were training.

The staff is good and helpful. But the place was not clean, and seems lack of management, and system. I did a mobile order, but the staff need to ask me what did I order, then go made my order. I only saw one staff working at 6 PM. There are many flys in the store, make me feel the store is not clean!

Too long of a wait. Taking care of dash delivery and not the customers waiting on the line in the store.

Horrible service This a.m I got out of qork picked up a coffee ans dozen donuts for the kids. They shoved my donuts into one bag and all the frosting from some donuts was smudged on the other donuts. Literally waisted money because my kids didn't want to eat ugly smashed donuts.

This location has gone downhill since they got new staff. The male manager who used to work in the mornings during the week is no longer there & they are a mess! Don’t waste your time at this store. They never have the proper lids/items for new menu items. If you order online for pick up you still have at least a 5-10 minute wait no matter how early you order.

Dunkin' donuts please hear the phone's very dirty I would not recommend people going there and ordering food there

The guy making the drinks in here is so friendly and welcoming, such a pleasure to deal with on a crazy morning!

Worse Dunkin’ location. Machine was disgustingly dirty filled with coffee grounds not to mention my drink was mixed with a spoon that was inside of a cup labeled sanitizer. Cashier made my drink extremely milky and when I asked to have a bit more caffeine in it she added ice coffee into my latte. Ended up throwing out the entire drink. Won’t be coming back

Staff is good but management at this location is poor. Only 1 person with long lines and the place is always filthy. Management too cheap to hire people.

Had to wait a while to get greeted and some service, 2 persons working all over the place, same person taking orders was the same person prepping to food. It was just an ok experience if you not in a hurry and don't mind being on someone else time.

Worst experience ever, very disrespectful cashier. Nasty and stink attitude, for someone who is dealing with the public. Someone like that should not be working in any customer service establishment. I had to ask for a refund and walk out, I was very angry and upset. Enter into that dunkin donut on fulton and 387 Jay st, downtown Brooklyn with caution.

We absolutely love Isaiah behind the counter! It's rare in NYC to encounter such great customer service, especially early in the morning. He's thoughtful, helpful, and delightful every time we visit!
