14Honestly the most consistent Dunkin I’ve ever had! There’s a location closer to me but I always choose to go out of my way for this location. I’ve always used the app and have never had an issue - order is always correct and ready by the time I get there (sometimes within 5min). My usual issue with Dunkin is that there’s always a different taste even if I go to the same location - but not here. I have been going consistently for about 2 years now and it has not let me down a single time!
Very few donuts were in the front. We had to ask to find out that the donuts were in the back. I asked for vanilla cream and was given Boston Creme, although I said no Boston Creme. The person behind the counter was less than enthusiastic; perhaps because it was 2: 30 in the morning. I will say the donuts were fresh, which was a pleasant surprise for that time of the day.
Seems like every day couple new locations. They are all over. And I am thankful for that:)
I was giving this workers the benefit of the doubt but after coming to this location 5 times and getting my order wrong every single time I feel like I need to leave a review.
The workers don’t speak English and they make absolutely no effort to speak it, every time I go I repeat my order 10 times hoping they don’t get it wrong and they always get it wrong even when I make them repeat it. They also have absolutely no idea how the Dunkin app works and have no knowledge of what the menu items are. They never know how to apply the benefits that you get from the app and I’m done, I won’t be coming back here until they change the employees or make them try a little harder.
Just for the record, I’m from Argentina and I speak Spanish, I also tried to order in Spanish, they still have no idea because they don’t know the first thing about Dunkin’.
I said sausage, egg and cheese on a plain bagel twice. I guess it’s kinda my fault for not checking my order there but if I repeated it twice and you repeated it back to me once, I don’t get how you could get the order wrong. Like I don’t mean to sound rude but how do you confuse a plain bagel with a croissant.
The employees are friendly and helpful. You must wear a mask and there is no indoor dining. They have dividers for the employees/customers. They have fast service. The store is clean too.
I ordered a coffee from Karla after waiting then i watched her touch her face and touch money then she got my coffee same hand that she touched her face with went into my cup and all on my lid to. I really didn't want to say anything but i thought she was a decent person however
I asked why did she touch her face and the money and then let her fingers go into my cup? She got very defensive and said she has been handling money and making people coffee for 16 years.
I was not getting anywhere so i got my money back. Bottom line she did not offer a solution and with an attitude like ive been doing this for a long time and your not going to tell me how to serve you.
Ok no problem keep your coffee iam not into getting sick for your poor hygiene
Communication barrier which is fine / understandable if an attempt is made to work through it, there was not. Sweet tea tasted like water. Wrong coffee drink made.
Was told to wear a face mask so I did. Some other clients walked in to order coffee, etc. The staff didn't say anything to them. Dunking and other food chains should treat all clients equally.
This spot use to be so good now this is my fifth time where the coffee is sour. I’m not sure if it’s all of Dunkin’ Donut or just this location. Plus I get there at 6: 30 and I have to constantly ask where my coffee it because the girls are always to busy talking and get distracted. I tried using the app and they wait for you to get there regardless which makes the process pointless.
I placed my order online and when I got there took like 10 minutes and on top that it was missing one of the items that I order then I ask them where was the item they told me that they didn’t had it and I had to order something else or ask for the money back. I think would be fair if they could let me know when I placed the order instead of let me order something that they didn’t had it online. Doesn’t make sense at all to me. They should get better on the online orders. The company needs to know time is money. The costumer can’t lose their time and money. If a costumer order online means that they don’t want to waste their time to order in the place.
Always fresh doughnuts.but my favorite thing has to be the frozen hot chocolate! The kids get them too. We just have to make sore not to mix them up cause mine has a shot of espresso!
Had to repeat my order 3 times too two different employees, and they still managed to get my order wrong. And the establishment was not busy at the time.
It's 10 p.m and there are no donuts lol. I asked what time will there be more and she said I don't know after 1 a.m I think ️
