Dunkin', Sayville NY

When employees are using cleaning equipment or mopping floors, they should never stop what they're doing and just grab donuts for the customer with the same gloves they are wearing without washing hands and changing gloves. An employee did just that and was serving customers with the same gloves, they didn't even use the wax paper to handle the donuts. With all we know today about disease and bacteria.this is unacceptable!

Went here today and it was dead inside. Looks like the new coffee shop down the block has taken away a lot of this location’s business. Not shocking that people went to new location considering this place always was the slowest service you could ever imagine. Maybe the owner of this location will change how he operates but it looks like its alittle to late for that unless new location doesn’t make it.

The customers inside and I watched the owner scream soso badly at the old 70 year woman worker in here for getting someone's order wrong. She looked so upset and as he continued yelling in her face she started hysterical crying.
Needless to say I will never be back here and recommend the same to everyone else.

My two biggest issues with any Dunkin’ Donuts, 1. The do not fill the donuts. I mean any filling donut has barely any filling. Do you think you could use a little more filling? 2. They always are out of everything? What happened to time yo make the donuts? Hello you would sell more if you kept your inventory stocked.

Very unorganized. Common to place an online order and wait 25 mins. They fill orders out of order. Owner is rude

Good coffee and donuts but they for some reason never let you use the bathroom witch especially for the area is pretty disappointing to be treated that way

This place always takes soooooooooooo long to get your order. The worst part is the tops of the coffee smells like old butter because they don’t change their gloves after making food so it smears on the top of the lids. It unfortunate that I have to drive past this location to go to another.

The munchkins were somewhat fresh, but the the jelly ones literally either had a drop or no jelly at all, not consistent.

Staff (3 people) were busy behind the counter with a pick-up order keeping 5 customers in the store waiting 10 minutes. Poor management!

Very easy to access from the main roads. Staff are pretty efficient! They only allow you to use the bathroom if you are buying something, however.

Person took our order, we paid, and never put in our order. There was no one else in the store, she started organizing donuts in a tray, I told her we are in a hurry and she acknowledged it, I asked her for our order and she asked what we ordered, she looked at us like she never saw us before, so we reminded her. We got our sandwich and left.very weird

More concerned about online orders then people actually standing there. One young girl there is always rude and has a nasty face on and its like she purposesly makes the grossest coffee on top of that there donuts are trash. Do yourself a favor and go to any other dunkin.

Slowwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww service. Multiple people gave up and left without being served.

Pretty busy in the morning but order from the app for an occasional deal and no wait time.

This donut shop does not have a selection enough for & up to 1pm. They do not keep their shelves well stocked. Place is very clean & staff pleasant.

Awesome customer service and wonderful staff. Everyone I run across here seems to have it all figured out. Great place!

The family that owns it and the employees here are so sweet! I always choose this Dunkin for my morning coffee!

This dunkin' gets 5 stars from me, always have the mobile order ready and waiting for me to pickup at the station and I am in and out as intended! The employees here are exceptional and deserve a raise, every time I visit here it is amazing and coffee/donuts/muffin taste the way they should
