I walk in wait 5 minutes then walk over towards the back ask if anyone is working in the front. They acted as if they didn't hear me. I was pretty loud. A customer waiting for his online order told me they are busy with drive thru orders. I waits a few more minutes. The customer told me I should order online. Please explain how for 10 minutes I couldn't order meanwhile they had 4 people serving drive thrus. Next time don't open your doors and make your establishment drive thrus only. They clearly knew I was there. But they don't surprise me. Go somewhere else. They are overpriced for terrible service and stale donuts most of the times

Went on a late night run for icecream on a sunday, very relaxing, great for studying, and obviously good icecream.

Maybe it's just a bad employee day. Lots of mistakes. Lovely coffee and donuts!

So kind and nice, I am diabetic and when they saw my sugar was low they rushed to help me quick. I keep coming here after work for tea thanks guys

Ordered and paid for an ice cream cake for my daughter on 8/17 (custom cake). Came in today to pick it up 9/4 the guy was like “they didn’t make it, you can just pick one from the fridge” so ridiculous. I told him this was paid for on 8/17, he said yeah “they didn’t have enough people to make it”. Are you kidding me? He knew already the day before, nobody called me or anything, so we had to have a random cake that was made from their fridge. Unacceptable, this was my first and last time ordering from them.
