Although the place is good but some workers doesn't know how to prioritize orders or customers. Kept on getting orders but doesn't make it right away, they should understand that some customers are in a hurry or have somewhere to go fast.

Slow service, crew doesn’t know how to manage a rush, they also mess around to much instead of focusing on their customers

Food is always being rushed. I ordered Uber eats and they forgot my bagel. I had to reorder another bagel and pay Uber eats another tip. If I say toasted it doesn’t mean burnt or not toasted at all. This is all the time! If I say light cream cheese it means don’t add so much cream cheese. I can literally add cream cheese to four bagels with the amount they pounce on my poor bagel. Get it together as customers are filling up your tip cups.if I say Splenda In my tea add the Splenda! This is for Uber eats and walk-ins….

Horrible experience, incredibly slow and I watched them assume that an african-american customer came in and stole an on-the-go order.

Just make sure you confirm order, I got 3 sandwich instead of one but it may be the mask hard to talk. Food is fresh they are very pleasant.

We all know why Dunkin is so great… But tonight they made me wait for 25 minutes for my donuts which was ridiculous and their coconut refreshers all taste like medicine which was just icing on the cake. Not impressed.

My partner and I come here everyday, sometimes 2-3 times a day. I absolutely have respect for all the baristas. Some I even gained a relationship with because their energy is that positive. Maria and Rosa are good especially with recommending items and Kamal is my heart. He is so friendly and always in a positive vibe no matter how the day is going. There are others too but I have not really caught their name but next review I will definitely shout out. Thank you ALL for a wonderful experience every time we come in. Continue with the great service because it’s the service and good vibes for me

If you cannot avoid then make sure your sandwich or beverage is okay before you leave. They tend to mess everything up. They are nice kids but they are not bright I'm sorry to say.

Service was great, coffee was hot, and the folks that work here really care about their customers

A lot of DD locations are disappointing. Either their employees don't speak English or they rush through every order. This place did everything right. I wish my local DD was like this one.

Love going to Dunkin. I been going here since I was a kid and yes it can get busy in the morning, but they will take care of you and they will remember you. To avoid the long lines in the morning, order on the dunkin app or the site it makes it easy.

Dont go to dunkin much more of a starbucks person but the girl at the register named Angela, she suggested alot of different drinks thank you!

I regularly arrive buying some food in here. I liked the rapid customer service and well prepared dishes. Keep it up.
