Dunkin', Highland NY

If you're looking for coconut donuts this is the place to find and even late afternoon the donuts taste fresh. The folks in there are very nice and courteous. Great customer service skills. If you stopped for gas ot pays to go inside to Dunkin Donut for a late afternoon or evening treat.

No public restrooms at a place that sells food irks me. Didn't put the turbo shot in my wife's coffee.

It's Dunkin donuts chain store at the gas station. Usual mediocre sugar loaded options. If you need your sugar overload, go for it.
If you want good coffee there are way better options in town. Same goes with pastry etc.

The people at this dunkin have a serious attitude problem. All that was asked for was for a cup of ice water and the woman at the window rolled her eyes and walked away. If you don't like your job than quit and find another job where you don't have to deal with people.

Boycott Dunkin' Donuts, they are the biggest culprits of corporate waste throwing out perfectly good food everyday while overcharging the masses on a daily basis. It should be Criminal and the food should be donated to the downtrotten and starving

Just stop to get a Dunkaccino. The place it’s clean and the staff it’s great. Easy to get in and out from rout 9

Hello fellow Dunkin getters my name is marques brownlee and I just wanna say If I could give this place a half star rating I would. First off my iced coffee had 17 pieces of ice when I only asked for 12. On top of that while I was waiting for my drink the guy was in the back drink a half liter of pepsi OUT THE BOTTLE I couldn’t believe it. I also came one time in the morning and idk who the chef is but he/she is TRASSSHHHHHH I mean I have never tasted worse food in my life, get the black guy with the glasses makin the food.that brotha know how to chef it up.

I ordered 3 donuts and they only delivered two I had to go back in line and order again and it’s very frustrating Bc I was even the one making the order so I ended up not getting what I ordered and then being out of what I ordered. Thanks a lot

The employees need to know exactly what "less ice" really is, other than this DD is good.

I love Dunkin', there coffee & Donuts. This one is located inside a gas station / Quickie mart

I don't know why, but this location and others suddenly seem to be closing before their posted hours of operation.

Every delivery order coming from this specific Dunkin’ in my experience has been wrong. 11 orders, different days different times, all wrong.missing items, or just made incorrectly. This Dunkin’ is terrible, even when ordering on the app and picking up items are still missing! They seem to have an issue with the modern ordering/delivery technology. I’m upset that 1 star is the lowest rating I can give.
