I recently spent two mornings doing some interviewing at this particular Dunkin' donuts. I enjoyed the corn glazed donuts that were absolutely spectacular. The workers were very helpful and the place was extremely clean. I had their refreshing iced tea as I normally do. Two days in a row of happiness at a Dunkin' donuts, boy was I lucky. I would try the place if you're near it. It's worth spending the money.

I was here late in the evening. There was one person behind the counter from what I remember. She was awesome. My coffee was perfect? For being so late in the evening just before closing. I thank you.

Got literally everything wrong that they could get wrong. We kept trying to correct the mistakes but after a certain point it just gets to be too much and you give up. Really really disappointing.

The young lady who took my order acted as if I was an inconvenience to her she took my order. As a manager with several years in customer service at many levels from a dry cleaners cashier to Bank Management I understand someone having a bad and yes it might be a job at Dunkin Donuts you never know whose order you might be taking could offer you your next opportunity. I will not be patronizing this dunkin the next time I am in the area.

The worst store I have ever been to. The employees have bad attitude problems. I ordered a plain bagel and a bagel twist on line at 8: 03. I didn't get my order until 8: 30. The bagel twist wasn't even warmed up.the purpose of ordering ahead is do u don't have to wait but that's not the case in this store. I will NEVER EVER go back there again and neither will any of my friends or family members

They are the nicest people so I gave them 2 stars, but they ALWAYS get even the simplest orders wrong. I have to return to fix my oede each visit. It happens more often than not.

I visit Dunkin Donuts more than twice a day, every day. I never experienced such a rude employee as I did this evening. Besides that he spilt hot coffee on another customer. My transaction was not accurate and instead of him refunding the money to me, he voided out the entire transaction. Clearly, I would not receive my credit, as I was overcharged. All I did was confirm he did refund the transaction and his exact word was "why" and repeated that same word many times. He finally returned the correct change back to me, however in a arrogant tone. I received my order and the coffee was not properly made so I asked him to add what I asked for. After, he did, I said "thank you" and he simply turned his head and said nothing in reply. I said it a few times and all he did was not his head. The employee in mention, shouldn't be working in retail, If he has no customer experience.

Not the best experience. They actually ran out of coffee, espresso, latte, and had about two donuts on shelf. Granted it was 7: 45pm, but seemed like I caught them closing up early. Staff seemed bothered by me being there.

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts everytime I do curbside not even once did it come out after waiting nearly 20 minutes! Everytime I have to go in and no one is even in the store! Do not go here! Worst service ever!

So I stopped at this Dunkin’ Donuts to get a cup of coffee and waited in line for two other people to get their coffee. It was my turn at the counter when the server asked what I would like so I said good morning then proceeded with my coffee order. As I was placing my order she asked me to hold on and she handed the gentlemen behind me his cup of coffee so I stepped to the side. He grabbed his coffee and then stepped back behind me so I moved back to the window and started to place my order again and she handed another gentlemen his coffee. I guess their time is more important than others. I walked out of the place and writing this review for I will never go to this place again.

This place has dramatically improved in recent months. The staff is friendly and pays very close attention to order detail. They get to know their regular customers and go that extra mile that makes you want to go there vs make your own coffee at home or at the office.

I had stopped going here for a long time due to repeated bad service. But giving credit where it is due, they have really turned the place around. It's now my go to Dunkin.

Dunkindonuts is dunkindonuts. More affordable then the overpriced Starbucks and just as good in my opinion.

This place has come a long way. My order always come out exactly as I ordered them and the donuts are always so fresh.

I try to get a small bite to eat but they told me the had powered off oven for cleaning because they closing at 8pm. I looked at her funny because it was 6: 30pm, an hour and a half before closing. I followed up with the question, are coffee pots also powered off?
