There is a new young lady working the drive through. She is very polite and a pleasure to see each morning.
I hope the charge person is splitting those tips appropriately!
I wish she could keep my tips. Service was always horrible thankful she was hired.

Donuts were a bit hard, employees were friendly but not very professional.
Such a small building especially for 2 businesses in 1 area. Just a lot going on.

This is my go to place for coffee, and refresher drinks. They burned my croissant, that's why they get 3 for food.

The drive thru window was closed and the store was extremely short staffed causing a longer than usual wait for service. The employees were great even while being short staffed.

I came the last 2 Sundays drive thru was closed. Don’t mind that, I understand a lot of businesses are short staffed BUT The teenage girls that work here are extremely rude. One of the Girls didn’t even use gloves when handling food. Literally sticking her nails through the donuts.

Also, the girls in the back were talking very inappropriately to each other and very loudly.like we couldn’t hear their whole conversation and weren't even helping the girl on the register when she needed it.

Overall, workers are very unprofessional these teens could use some supervision. And from these other reviews i can see the manger can care less:)

They are extremely rude here. One morning I had to use the bathroom rather urgently and they all of a sudden “have the one bathroom closed to the public” I said it was an emergency and the guy just walked right by me like “oh well”. This is a Dunkin’ Donuts I would go to almost daily. That’s inhumane and I won’t go back.

I waited in the drive through line for about 10 minutes to find out they were only accepting credit cards. I asked the gentleman at the window if there was an ATM inside he said “yes”. So I parked and pulled money out, approached the indoor counter and the woman standing by Register said they were only taking orders at the Drive Through. I got back into line only to wait another 28 more mins because I was trapped in a line of cars. Most unprofessional, time consuming insult of the day. When I finally got to the Drive Through Ordering Window I had to wait another 15mins. DO NOT GO TO THIS DUNKIN!

Today I ordered a large iced coffee with some cream and sweetener and the coffee was extremely burnt and made me very sick to the point where my stomach is hurting so bad I had to stop driving. (I didn’t even get a quarter of the way through it) I called up Dunkin and a very nice person picked up The phone and said to write a review so her manager could see. I hope they check their coffee and creams because other people can get really sick. McDonalds coffee has never done that to me

I came into this dunkin donuts on June 20th, 2022 around 7pm and spoke to the kindest employee there. He had blue eyes and an afro, looked very approachable. Very polite young man. He made my day and the best drink I’ve ever had from this dunkin donuts. This place should really find more workers like him

The coffee here is the worst. It always tastes horrible. I don't even go here anymore, I drive up to Brewster. Even the food is subpar. What is going on here? Is it because of the gas station or something?

This is one of the worst Dunkins I've ever been to. The service is extremely slow, sometimes the wait at the drive thru is 10 minutes +, even with only one or two customers in line ahead. My order is wrong most of the time and the staff acts very annoyed when asked to correct it.

For several weeks have been unable to get my coffee without a lot of hassle. Lobby closures. Not able to order ahead on app. So many stores like this. Have been getting coffee at the deli. Much faster and coffee is hot and fresh. I hope this ends soon. Really bummed. Can't get my free coffee at the deli.

I've been getting coffee here for 4 years and I'm sorry to say that the service has gotten bad. Too slow! I will drive almost 2 miles to get my favorite Iced Coffe somewhere else. There were times when I waited so long on the drive thru that they gave me the coffee for free! No good DD! PLEASE correct this problem so I can come here again!

Went in to buy a drink and pee. Reallllly had to go. Manager said no. I pleaded politely. No. Ill admit i got rude. Manager went on to tell me it was a good thing my mother was dead. Guess I was dumb enough to tell her so. What an experience with inhumanity. Granted I should have left off the rip, but evil works there. May god have Mercy on her polluted soul.

Service was horrendous. You work at a Dunkin’ Donuts. How can you mess up an order that I clearly stated.

This is the worst experience I have ever had here! I've been waiting for 30 minutes just to order and get told to hold on because they are not focused on the drive throw or are short staffed. I got here at 4: 00 pm and was waiting till 4: 40 pm just to order then just to sit here for another 20-30 mins to get my drinks. I ordered 2 refreshers with the boba (poping bubbles) and it took almost a hour! I'm very disappointed because this Dunkin' always had great service but today it was the worst! The kid at the window was really sweat tho. I hope all the people who had to wait here for their food and drinks got it.

Staff is friendly but the drive thru line is a mess. I wanted a coffee before I got on the highway, didn't plan on sitting there for 10 mins though.

Drive through service is very poor, I go through drive through because I’m in a rush and don’t have time to go inside. It took 5 minutes for someone to answer and take my order. Then my order was also wrong! This happens all the time.

Absolutely worst service today. Got here at about 4: 10pm and waiting in line for the drive thru over 30 minutes just to order and got told by the employee running the drive thru to wait a few minutes about 2 or 3 times. I shouldn't be waiting this long for just 2 drinks. I am very unsatisfied with my experience today. They have 1 person working. I was unhappy because of the wait but the employee himself was very kind and apologetic. I would honestly only go back because of him otherwise I will not be going back. There needs to be more than 1 person working. It makes things harder and it will make things take longer like it did today. No hate or anything towards the employee working today but, the managers need to do a better job and avoid this from occurring again.
