Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
13Great workers. Really good coffee. Clean bathrooms for customers. (Need key.). Finally, awesome bagel with cream cheese. Thank you!
Go there all the time to buy coffee and donuts for my mechanics while they work on my SUV. Great service!
Good quality, but every so often they get a bit slow. This appears to be due to understaffing.
I have been coming here for quite a few years, however, this year the service has been poor. I asked to refill my Duncan Donuts card. They took my money and wiped out my balance. I have received the wrong order quite a few times. The staff is friendly, but it seems, to me, that the miscommunication are the results of the staff not always understanding what is being said to them. I was there yesterday to order a cup of coffee, but was given tea instead.
Love this dunkin’! I come here a lot for years.everyone is so nice except the manager.the manager always has an attitude and someone should tell her to chill. I think she has been the manager for a while because i’ve seen her there but lately she’s been giving me attitude for no reason. I got munchkins yesterday and I asked to only have 2 types of munchkins (reg glazed and chocolate) and she put in the other ones that i didn’t say i wanted. Then i told her i don’t like the one she put in and she told me “oh you can just take them out! ” like if i’m paying for something i want it the way i ordered it! It seems like there’s high turn over there because every time i go in there’s new people working! Other than that, the coffee and donuts are amazing!
The women’s bathroom was broken. The staff told me to used the mens bathroom instead. It was disgusting It was only 8: 00 am in the morning. It’s obvious that they don’t clean the bathrooms often. It’s not a clean store at all will not order here again
Nothing to complain about here. Great service. Fast service. Donuts are always fresh. Coffee is always fresh as well. Ice cream is always good too. My go to DD if I'm craving it.
To first start off, the attitude Patty gave me was horrible. They treated me like trash, I ordered a coffee I had ordered multiple times before. They did it super dark, so I asked them nicely to put more milk in it. They told me that that was my problem if I don’t like it, so I took a sip of it and it tasted like a car tire. I went to return it on my work break, and they started laughing at me saying i ordered it an hour ago. Even though I kept it in the fridge, and they made me waste my money. I have never experienced such a bad customer service.
This place is clean but the service can be a little iffy sometimes. You may have somebody who will get your order right or wrong. At least for me, that has happened.
Most of the time, this is an excellent location. Beware the new people, pay attention to your order. The seasoned crew are awesome.
My experience was disappointing.
Went in on a hot day & noticed that they had a dairy free option in ice cream but when I asked what were the ingredients, they couldn't tell me what the nondairy base was for the ice cream (coconut, almond, soy etc.) The employee read off the ingredients that made up the flavor but when I kept asking about the base of the ice cream they both shook their head as if to say there's nothing more I can tell you. As a mom with kids that have allergies, it worries me that a national chain can't tell me about All the ingredients in their product. There should have been a card, pamphlet or list they could refer me to. They lost a sale that day & my husband lost out on a treat since he has a dairy free diet.
I ordered a small cup of ice cream to go in a cup. The person serving me fulfils the request perfectly, but when I asked for a lid she stated that they didn't have any. I was beyond puzzled and had to say something about the lack of essentials on their part. The cashier stated that I wasn't the first person to complain and that she has informed the manager. So my thing is this; it's a pandemic going on and no one is outside unmasked eating ice cream or anything of the sort. So why wouldn't there be sufficient cups, lids, or any other utensils present because most if not all of the customers are taking their order to go?
