Went to this Dunkin today through the drive-thru. I specifically asked for oat milk in my vanilla bean Coolata because I am lactose intolerant. We sat at the window for 5 minutes waiting for them to get the full order together. They forgot my water and boston crème donut. When we were pulling out I noticed they didn’t even put oat milk on the drink order slip. We were in a rush and couldn’t turn around, luckily I had lactaid on me. Although, I ordered a large and we are heading to the city, unable to stop, the lactaid doesn’t last very long. After a couple minutes on the road we opened our food, the munchkins and my boston crème donut are stale. This is a major concern to me, to my knowledge dunkin is supposed to have FRESH donuts daily whether they were finished the day before or not. Very disappointed in this dunkin.
Order is wrong EVERY TIME I have come here. I figured I’d give it a try again this morning after not ordering for 2 months. Again my order is wrong. They “remake it” which consists of taking bacon off, slapping cold sausage and cheese on it and handing it back to me within 20 seconds. I’ve written complaints and no response from the owner. I am officially done.
The day we were there they were completely out of donuts. The server offered us munchkins so we said OK. We told her how many of each and that's what we got. They were so good & were fresh. She was so very sweet in trying to help.

I went on thanksgiving day and the girls were complaining about working on a holiday and when I was handed my drink she was very rude to me
Awful. All of the Dunkin’s owned by this franchisee - “Southpaw” - are. They cheap out on food, what you are eating is probably expired and not the proper portion dunkin brand says you should get. Employees don’t listen to what you order and just give you whatever.
I went through the drive thru and when I got to the window the guy with white hair let a huge one rip right in front of the window. I was extremely disgusted and at first thought it was the young woman who took my card. I said that was very rude especially when my food is right at that level. Very displeased.
Why can't we make coffee right? Tried to order a coconut macaroon iced coffee (on the featured items menu online) and I'm told they don't have it. So I ordered a iced latte with coconut and liquid cane sugar instead. I end up getting a flavorless iced coffee. No coconut and no sugar. This sort of thing happens too often and it's exhausting.
Usually good but they screwed up my mobile order and gave me the wrong donuts. Disappointing. Its not free food so get it right please.
Clean, spacious, friendly staff, drive through and very nice selection of breakfast items. Hot and frozen teas. Smoothies. Bathroom looks like no homeless folks have been doing sink-showers in it, which is always reassuring. Location also very safe since the local police are usually camped out in the parking lot.
This used to be the better Dunkin in the area but it has consistently gone downhill the last few months. My order is rarely correct lately, both food and coffee. Today was my last trip I think. I put in a mobile order, my mom picked it up, only received half the food ordered. When I tried to call to ask for a refund, I heard some giggling and was hung up on twice. Y’all owe me a cheddar bagel twist and 6 donuts.
It would be nice if they put someone on drive thru with a personality. No hi, no thank you. It wasn't until I said "you're welcome" that this girl actually acknowledged me and said have a nice day. Very poor customer service.
Very rude drive thru window girl! Had an attitude from the start, didn't even wanna do her job. The girl taking orders was extremely nice hard to believe if it was the same girl. After this experience I don't think I wanna go back to that dunkin sadly since its in a great location.
I ordered at the drive thru and ordered a beyond sausage sandwich no cheese and veggie omelet. The girl at the window said hi here you go
When I opened my order I had a regular sausage sandwich with regular egg. I did take one bite. I wish I checked first.
On my way to work I didn’t have time to return it. Even if I wanted to I was never given a receipt.
Really disappointed in the service and overall I didn’t get what I paid for today!
Always friendly staff. Odd experience today as they were resetting registers and left drive thru unattended for several minutes. Frustrating when you're sitting in your car not knowing what the delay is. A simple "hang on a minute" would have helped.
Horrible service everytime I come, they always messed up my coffee but repeat it back to me right. The lady takes your card out to fast hand you card back and 5 minutes later says it was declined. Like this is the only dunkin I have a problem with.
The drinks are good and there is good service. I ordered an iced almond milk latte and they gave me regular milk so I had to go back and get another one.
Courteous and beyond respectful to COVID era guidelines. As a RN I immediately noticed the change in their routine.
