11Staff was very pleasant, but the coffee was horrible. Waited 12 minutes for a late in a empty store.
The staff is very loud.they stress me out sometimes. The coffee is fine at times, but not really great either. The only thing I really like it's the place.
I ordered two single scoops of ice cream with corn.
The staff made every single scoop of ice cream and one of them looked like a kid scoop. The staff charged me two orders of single scoop ice cream. I ordered two single scoops with one corn not two orders for a single scoop.
I had a terrible experience
I don't want to go there.
Horrible service with poor attitudes. No organization and they didn't do my order right. They don't even look at the screen of orders. If it wasn't for me asking one of the employees personally about my order, I would've still been waiting. Unbelievable.
They advertise a $2 medium sunrise iced or hot coffee on their store front, I order it, as I reach to pay with my phone the guy tells me it's $3.80, scans it. I tell him I thought it was $2, guy walks away without a response to make my coffee without giving me a receipt, no name tag. Sketchy place, stay away.
The Indian guy is always rude, I tried to order a drink 15 mins before closing and was trying to check the name of the drink I wanted on my phone. The guy was yelling “excuse me excuse me”. I walked out after that and he yelled “thank you we are close” when I was there at 9: 45, and it didn’t close until 10pm, The backhanded comment wasn’t necessary. I don’t understand how Dunkin’ Donuts is run by people like this. So rude and nasty for no reason. I avoid coming to this place because of him.
I've only really done pick up through the he app so I'm in and out but my orders are always correct.
I'm not prefer to stop here because of mistakes who employees makes all the time. They usually don't listen customer's order and put what they want to hear. Everytime i stop by, I feel so bad to ask make my order twice since they make mistakes. In addition to that, It is tired.

Wrap. Soggy wrap cold egg.not worth it. They are also rude to there customers
