Tends to have homeless people out front. Asking for change makes it uncomfortable to go inside.

The staff is nice I will say that. Homeless people and prowler problem is the issue. Now they are allowing them inside because it is cold out to harass paying customers. You will lose customers for making it less safe. I'm just waiting for a stabbing or a shooting to happen there, I just hope I am not there when it does happen. There are signs posted if your are a paying customer to eat or drink whatever it is for 20 minutes. Why have a sign up and not enforce this policy for those who choose to ignore it. It's Brooklyn I know but I shouldn't need to look over my shoulder when getting a cup of coffee.

Early morning hours are ran by an exemplary manager. On multiple occasions I’ve witnessed the impossible managed with patience, diligence, attention and care for each customer in possibly the busiest part of Brooklyn.

This is absolutely the worst dunkin donuts I’ve ever been to. I feel bad even saying it because the manager is so great, but my order is ALWAYS wrong unless he does it personally. I work across the street so I continue to go because it’s the most convenient but every day I order on the app and give them 10 minutes before going to get it. I then have to spend another 15 minutes in the store waiting for them to prepare my coffee wrong and burn all my food. It’s insane at this point I don’t understand what goes on in there. Avocado toast is my fav on the menu and I’ve stopped ordering it completely because it’s always ridiculously hard when they make it.

Came in this morning & wanted something a lil different than what was on the menu. The AA gentleman that was working around 10: 30 was so nice and professional. Service was A1 & the coffee turned out just too Amazing! Im am deff gonna come back to this location all the time now. Its the little things ….

Customer service is extraordinary some of the staff members take their time to make sure that your beverage and food is the way that you like it

I'm not sure whats going on with this Dunkin Donuts but this is the 2nd day they did not open at 5am, Now today I arrived at 5: 12am and they are not open.

Repeated my order twice and still didn't get what i asked for, slow service recommend Livingston st location

Excellent and friendly service. The employees at the register and preparing your food gets to know you as a customer and know your order and how you like it. At times of they see you on line will ask you if you want the usual and start preparing so by the time you pay it is ready! The best!

Was hopeful that this location had my hubby's fav flav. Rum Raisins and they did! So we got extra. But they forgot to give me the spoons. So we just waited till we got home to enjoy it.

Coffee was good a usual but the food could be cooked /heated better. It arrived cold and alittle hard. No bueno.
