16Lines move very fast. There is only one sitting area so it’s not a seat and dime coffee shop.
Everything fresh and delicious
I highly recommend it.
There are desires to return.
The boys showed themselves with a negative and mocking attitude when I couldn't make my order alone, everything I wanted I told my daughter to make the order, it's in very bad taste, I have never returned and I don't recommend that anyone go there, they were very strange, who knows what they are doing secretly there
The women came and threw a nickel and was very rude this was at 9: 23 AM manager's need to school these people in costumer SERVICE
Always crowded and a wait, however, the employee's make up for it with their professionalism, smiles, and conversations.
Received as ordered, ordered in the app, It was ready in less than 5 minutes. No long wait. Not crowded.
I order the same exact coffee ahead (on the app) and everyday it tastes different. They either forget the caramel or forget the sugar.
Nice calm and clean place to come have a hot chocolate and wait for my child to come out of school.

Fast service/not too busy - I was out with my order in 2 minutes. Coffee was nice, but the little donutlettes were stale.
When I walked inside I over heard the guy behind the counter tell the lady he was serving I'm sorry for over charging her 80 cents and she left without getting her money. I'm next in line and my order came to $2.28 and he short me 50 cents. Now if he does this to everyone he can walk away with a nice bit of money at the end of the night.
It Says 24 hours I come for a coffee at 10: 50 pm and saw few workers inside they say it’s closed didn’t let me in
Dunkin need more breakfast food, and lunch options. They have the pastries & Beverages down pack. Need more variety of food.
The most illiterate set of workers I’ve ever seen…. Can’t comprehend a simple order…. Just asked for a caramel iced latte very sweet…. And they didn’t get that right…. It’s not rocket science….
Got my coffee just the way I asked for it at at a more reasonable price! My opinion, better than Starbucks unless you wanna pay for seating in a lounge area.
