Dunkin', Ilion NY

I went inside knowing my order would be a pain as I needed to get gift cards. I waited at the order counter for 5 minutes before even being acknowledged. Finally someone tells me to go order at the pickup counter, I went over and waited another 3 minutes. I placed my order and I received a partial order. So I thought well maybe they r just busy so I waited. 4 people walked past the counter and looked at me without saying anything to me. The only one who stopped was a nice girl with tattoos. She asked me if I was waiting for something else and I said yes my iced coffee. She looked for it and it was sitting at the drive thru window. That took another 3 minutes. Needless to say I counted 6 people working and it took way to long for my order to be completed. Thank you to the girl with the tats, she was rushing around and found time to finish my order!

Quiet time, I just missed the rush.grabbed a drink, soon ready for xmas.never very slow drive thrus busy. Come find you new favorite/ or usually.

I'm not sure what's going on with this place there was at least 8 workers there today and they still couldn't keep up.the doughnut selection and quantity is not great. The line of customers waiting for orders inside was ridiculous, same with vehicle customers backed way up. I stopped going to Dunkin a couple years ago because they couldn't get orders right and figured I'd try again and it's even worse. If you have that many workers there is no reason people need to wait in line 15 minutes.

If you want something from this location place your order on the mobile app! The last 3 times I've been and ordered at the window, because an option my husband and wanted isn't available on the app, they have completely fouled up my drink. I don't order a complicated drink and somehow it's never right. Maybe their speaker needs maintenance so they can hear customers clearly? Order online and you'll have zero problems.

Surprised you don’t have a lower rating, I would leave lower then a 1 star if I could, not only did the manager on duty refused to do a second order of food for the passenger of my vehicle, even after I kindly pulled my whole vehicle around the building and got back in line fairly, but on top of that, he was extremely disrespectful about the whole thing when I was noting but kind and cordial throughout this encounter, DO BETTER ILION DUNKIN, NEVER COMING BACK, something tells me your manager would rather have it that way thought!

This place is awful has a bunch of over payed employees that get paid to mess peoples orders up. How do you mess up a grilled cheese, bread was frozen and the cheese was fresh out of the cooler too. Not even heated up. If I wanted a frozen sandwich I would have went to mirabitos. Awful

I’m not sure what happened to this place in the last couple years. I work in retail so I’m not one to judge if you’re having a bad day and tend to be a little on the annoyed side. I get it, we all have those days. However, everytime I come here unless it’s early in the morning when they first open, because there’s one woman there in the morning who I believe has worked there for a while, is always so nice and talkative. Anyway, the employees do not care at all. My girlfriend came here one day to pick my coffee up so I wouldn’t be late for work (because the wait is ALWAYS long) while I was getting ready.she didn’t show up for an hour and a half waiting for ONE coffee. She said that was the worst experience she’s ever had at that place, and that multiple employees were grouped together behind the counter talking and laughing while there’s a line wrapped around the building for the drive through and a line probably close to coming out the door inside. She said if it wasn’t for me, she would’ve just left and I would’ve been okay if she did. I understand customer service is a difficult field to work in, but it’s not that bad to where it’s CLEAR that you don’t care about any of your customers and what they think of the place. I will start driving out of my way to go to a different dunkin from now on, unless it’s early.

Let’s you order online to pickup in the lobby but doesn’t tell you lobby is closed so you order ahead to save time and still need to wait in the drive through line wrapped around the building. Used to be on point don’t know what has happened in the past month or so

Horrible customer service, guy at the window seems to project all his anger and work issues onto the customers, if your having a bad day or problems at work, the consumer experience should NEVER be sacrificed, and further more if you can’t be nice and respectful maybe you shouldn’t work in customer service! I don’t think I’ll ever come back to ilion dunkin! I’ll drive an hour out of my way before I do

Great little shop that keeps you going with great coffee and service. They always keep improving.

Tiana is the best worker at Dunkin donuts in ilion NY make her one. A good worker great customer service and a great smile to brighten up my day

I used my app to order a grilled tomatoes pesto and it wasn't grilled so I asked for my money back. Unfortunately for me the way my app is set up they couldn't give me my money back. I asked them to put it on a gift card and they said they couldn't A STORE GIFT CARD and they wouldn't had to go back the same way I purchased it.

I went to dunkin donuts today and a worker her name was Emily who works at ilion dunkin donuts she was very pleasant happy cheerful and was very nice to me. I had gotten 2 medium cold brew and 2 bagels. VOTE FOR EMILY LET'S GO

Overall fine, but I'm beginning to think they've changed their formula for iced coffee. Drive thru runs pretty smooth

Dunkin’ is always good. They always make good on their promise of good coffee, winter and iced coffee in the summer. They always give me exactly what I want!
