Dunkin', Somers NY

This happens every time but today I decided talk! I took my grandson we where first on line, they serve everybody else after and we were the last ones to get our drinks! I ask for the manager and the girl told me the manager wasn’t there! So frustrating sawing everyone leave and we were the first to ask for the order! The service is horrible, never again!

Worst Dunkin in the area. Staff is slow and inattentive. If there is more than 2 customers in line you end up with a 15 minute wait. Been here 3 times, always the same, wont go back.

The brunette lady with the bun who appears to be the manager of the store attends to people in a rude manner, except for a few customers who she's actually nice to. I've only been to this location three times, and each of my experiences have been the same. If you want quality service, I recommend going to a different Dunkin' Donuts

Possibly the worst managed franchise location. Orders take a long time to get filled. If you value your time, skip this one.

The guy before me waited almost 15 minutes. For a black coffee. Not joking. I waited 10 minutes for two medium coffees with cream and sugar. I’d steer clear of this place, other local businesses are way more on top of things. Just stay away

This dunkin is always slammed. Long waits. Very rude workers who can't seem to take a simple order, snapping at customers and calling them a liar. Yes, really.

Service is non existent. Was in today and was third in line to order.after 5 minutes was still third in line. Now there were four more in line after me. Girl on the till couldn’t get it to work. There is another till but nobody bothered manning this one! About 5 staff visible but ZERO service. Pretty useless.

Amazing workers! Extremely busy morning and were short handed. 3 employees were fast and extremely organized, very impressed with work ethics!

I've always had a great experience at this Dunkin location. For the most part, the staff has always been friendly, and my drinks have always come out great. The donuts are also good quality as well. I look forward to visiting again soon.

I am a manager at AT&T. I don't appreciate an attitude from a rep with glasses when my order didn't have cold foam on it which I paid $. 70 more for and I kept saying "Hey" "hello" like 5 times 2 feet away from him and he finally acknowledged me after ignoring several times. I simply asked "I ordered cold foam for $. 70 more. " The rep said "Okay? " And just looked at me like I was incompetent, which i am far from i run a store. AND Ive worked at dunkin back in the day. Then grabbed the drink from me and just put it down, the girl asked what it needed and was like "it needs cold foam i guess. " so another attitude problem from him. She however was excelent and so was the man who took my order. If someone orders something from my store I can 100% guarantee I would fulfill it or reach out to the customer if we were out (which you were not). This guy needs more training in customer service and how to fulfill orders. If my rep had an attitude like that I would and I DO fill out coaching forms. If he is a manager, the DM needs to address. If it was the wrong person you surely would lose business with attitudes from representatives. I will be also leaving a survey on this experience on the receipt for corporate.

Decent Dunkin’ Donuts with fast service and lots of other amenities.

They had a Baskin Robbins inside with a large selection of flavors to pick from. There was a pretty good selection of pre made cakes inside.

I ended up getting a mint milkshake and a avocado toast. The shake was pretty good but the toast had a very thin layer of avocado. Would have liked more on it.

No customers in the store.young women takes our order.
I knew from the get go she was not friendly… my mom couldn’t hear her clearly because of the face mask and the women had no patience.the young women was glaring at us and shrugging her shoulders… then started moving her hips as if she was dancing! It was unreal…. I told the young women to be considerate.well that didn’t work.so we left without breakfast and coffee!
And they had lots of DD employees standing there and not one helped after knowing what was going on!

I came in today and NONE of the crew and staff are wearing masks! Is this the new CDC guideline? Am I missing something?

Curbside takes 20+ minutes and the coffees are inconsistent. You’d be better off going somewhere else.

Amazing staff genny is the best shift leader they have ever seen and carly can make a pretty fire ice carmel latte. GREAT SERVICE sophie can mop and sweep like a P R O absolutely fire avo toast it tickles my fancy 4 ever

Quality donuts wish the coffee was better tge floors where sticky but so was the staff! I took some trendy photos hoping they would like them but they said they where ugly if only i was an indie girl the donuts would reach full potential and flowers?
