Coffee Shop Dunkin' reviews
17Employees screaming at clients " you don't know what you want" unprofessional. Won't be backb
This Dunkin’ Donuts could be good with better staff knowing what to do. It doesn’t make sense why I’m paying 5 dollars to barely have anything on my bagel. Or any sandwich’s I order with bacon. Are they scared to put bacon on it. This is literally one piece of bacon cut up
This is the most disgusting place I've ever experience. I haven't eaten here since I had a cockroach in my chai! What made it worst when I brought it back to make a complaint they had an attitude with me. The audacity no apology from the manager barely wanted to give me my money back because at that point I just returned everything that I bought. Just thinking about the situation gives me anxiety
The ice coffee and food are very expensive for example the smallest ice coffee cup is like 4 to 5 dollar, when I can make that at home or get that at a deli for $2.
Had me waiting 15 min for preordered food. One of my orders was ready & they didn't know. No one was paying attention or even acknowledging that I was still waiting after all that time. Terrible service! 0 stars for service!
I have called and called them several times to confirm that they have the donut I want because several times I've went there only to be disappointed because they barely have any donuts. Sometimes they're stale too.
Gets the job done. Better than Starbucks overpriced coffee by far, but this location has variable service.
Depending on who you get the service and drinks could be slightly off especially since it’s very high traffic.
I order frozen coffee, then the cashier ask me if I want milk & sugar. I said yes but I was kind of confused I was never ask that from ordering in the past. Then I ask her for turkey sausage and egg on English muffin. Then she tells me with Croissant. I then took her no with English muffin just like the picture. Then I order 2 Boston cream and 2 jelly doughnut. She tells me 1 Boston cream and 1 jelly doughnut. I could see possible language barrier. So I look at my receipt and told her I didn’t order ice coffee she gets mad and tells me I order ice coffee & I can’t change it. Another female cashier comes over who appears nice fix my order. But the other lady is busy complaining in her own language with the other worker. I believe it’s family own, but you can’t have any family working there. I felt uncomfortable. I couldn’t drink my frozen due to maybe something was put in there since she was complaining. I wouldn’t be going back
Best ice cream at night.
Awesome white mocha hot chicolate w espresso shot and the donut to match.
0, No e, Nothing, No 2 for $5 or & 6. Nothing. What the. Whatever, I love to have my money back. I was given a $35 order with not even a survey, COLD OR RE_HEATED. I know I would not give that to someone. Get real people in there.
There are two friendly people I encountered here. One Yung lady and a guy. The others are ughh. I also hate the fact that u have to pay 30 cents extra for whipped cream. BECAUSE IT SHOULD BE INCLUDED WITH UR ICED LATTE. SMH.
They were short-staffed as it is the case around the nation now. But the young lady was very nice and courteous. Repeated my order to make sure she got it right.
Ordered on line at this Dunkin to get to the store 15 minutes later and find my drink had not been made. I try to support the business in my neighborhood but sometimes its hard when you don't get the service you look for.
I like DD's period, so one would have to be pretty bad for less than 5 stars. They have the Turbo (Coffee w/Expresso shot) which I love, and the best Apple Fritters.
This DD is typically consistent with those in Pa.though at first I got a price shock of $4.25 for a medium Turbo, but then I quickly realized I was in NY.
This Dunkin Donuts is in the heart of Canarsie Brooklyn, it is very busy and you might have to wait but the way is more enjoyable when you get your beverage. I had a medium iced tea with lemon and it was delicious! Thank you again Dunkin Donuts for providing us with another great location and a franchise!
I love pistachio ice cream but they are always out. The staff is always courteous and thoughtful. The atmosphere is pleasant with the exception of rowdy young people who often comes there.
It was the worst my boyfriend and I stop in dunkin doughnuts on flatlands ave in bklyn and bought the egg and sausage on a croissant sandwich and the croissant was hard and burnt. It was horrible. Never again will I go there again.
