This was one of the rudest establishments I have been too in a long time! I ordered a coffee, waited for an appropriate amount of time with other customers getting their beverages before me. I then asked for my coffee and the staff said to me, very rudely, that she had called that coffee multiple times. Her coworker then stated that she heard it called two times also. I apologized to them both and told them I had not heard it and I was standing right there. She then proceeded to get me another coffee and slammed it on the counter in front of me. If she doesn’t like her job and dealing with the public she had better find another one. I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts on October 17 at 9: 30 in the morning.
For some reason, they were not serving food? Just coffee and donuts. After ordering coffee, 1 hot and 1 iced, I waited as all the other customers after me were served. After about 10 minutes, I was asked if I just wanted 2 iced coffees. I said no, just give me a refund. Apparently that's impossible and so is my hot coffee. This place is a joke.
Line was long and online ordering wasn't available. I almost skipped but so thankful I got in line! The team was quick & efficient. My sandwich was hot & everything was exactly as ordered.
They don't accept the Dunkin app and they don't take online orders. No fault of the employees but that's obnoxious to not participate.
Absolutely terrible. They put a new employee at the register who couldn't ring anything right. Then they started cursing everyone out and stopped serving food because they couldn't get anything right. If I could I'd give 0 stars!
Not open on time. Throngs of people waited and left. Supposed to open at 4: 30am. Lost business and lost customers after one of the busiest weekends in Syracuse. No way to run a business.
I went to Dunkin before my morning flight to get a drink and also happened to order some food. I stood in line for over 20 min, and they forgot to type in my drink order and I didn't look at my receipt until I stepped away from the cashier. They told me I'd have to get back in line if I wanted a drink eventhough it was their error. A similar thing happened to someone in line ahead of me; they only ordered 1 drink, but ended up with two. Make sure you check your receipt before you walk away from the cashier!
No matter the coffee hot or cold always burnt. Reason I pick Starbucks. Service not always very friendly or wait 10minutes
The Dunkin at Syracuse's airport is cute. The workers were very kind and courteous. I received my order very quickly. The food was hot and donut was fresh and tasty. The prices were very reasonable. I just wish Diet Coke was available over the Diet Pepsi, but at least the Diet Pepsi was cold and tasted well. I will definitely stop there if I'm ever in Syracuse again.
We fly in and out of Syracuse quite frequently, and we like to get a coffee after we go through security. It seems every time my wife and I are here after 4: 00 p.m. On the weekdays, their steamer is not working. Our guess is it's because they close at 6: 00 p.m. And they've already cleaned it for the day and they don't want to dirty it again so they tell would-be customers that it's down and they're calling the repair people in the morning.
A couple of months ago after being told the same story again after 4: 00 p.m. On a weekday, my wife went and found an airport hospitality manager (?) who actually made a hot latte with the steamer behind the counter at this very same Dunkin' Donuts.
I believe that proves our theory, would you agree?
I wonder if the right people are reading these reviews.
