I ordered 2 drinks and the people after me got their long order and I waited too long and my frozen drinks were not frozen. Not a single apology

Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, the workers, for some reason, are very rude. I was trying to get a gift card out of my purse and the gentleman working the window became very impatient and rude. It only took me about 30 seconds to reach in my wallet for the card. There was no one behind me on line. Then when I got to the window the cup was 3/4 full.
