Didn't have many problems at this location. Self check-out and cashier available. The food was ready in a couple of minutes. And the drink took a bit longer, but all in all, good service.
Poor, the kiosk (only one of them was working so I had to wait long in the line) didn’t work and the online pick up didn’t work either, so I just walked away
A wait to order at a terminal (there are only 2). All that to meet the server who gives us our two donuts. I tell him that we also ordered minis and he says to me: I don't have any more, take two more donuts. Already there the price is not the same and if I had not said anything he would surely have ripped me off. All this so that we look at the donuts and they look at us saying: we have to choose them now. Inadmissible. Nothing bad and not at all nice.
I consider it the worst of all the coffee shops in this franchise! Last Friday I ordered a cappuccino and they gave me a regular latte! When I complained to the manager, she told me that this was a cappuccino she took me for a fool, she didn't change my drink and on top of that she turned her back on me! A total lack of respect for the customer! It's a shame that because of such personalities the brand is discredited! They have no courage to attend.
You order by using their computers so the order is very clear. Despite that, the order for my bagel was still wrong. But they did open on time at 5: 00 am which was appreciated.
Slow /no service. Super long line with only two order kiosks. Staffs are either confused or just don’t care to tell the 50 customers lined outside that they have the option to order online and pick up. There is an additional manned order counter behind the kiosk that is idling most of the time since customers don’t know they can order from the counter behind the kiosk as well. So the staffs are not really doing anything since the orders are so slow though all they need to do is yo pick up a premade donut. No one from the shop bothered to help the customers speed up the line. It brings a bad name to Dunkin’ and JFK.
Not opening on time, 15 minutes late. No communication about the delay. Slow service when open.
