Dunkin', Pine Bush NY

BUTTER & CREAM CHEESE. You always forget cream cheese, waited 10 minutes at an empty drive through to get wrong order.

They messed up my orders and some food are missing. Not the first time it happened. They need to revamp the place by making better food and hire workers that pay attention.

Had the absolute worst experience at DD in Pine Bush and it is completely unacceptable. My daughter and her father (dark skinned) went through the drive thru and ordered a dozen doughnuts NO sprinkles before they left they realized the doughnuts had sprinkles, no big deal accidents happen! So instead of holding up the line he parked and went inside to let them know that they gave him sprinkles on the doughnuts. He waited in line behind a lady (light skinned) who when got to the counter returned food from 2 DAYS AGO… he then let Lee (employee behind the counter) know that he just came through the drive thru and and that his was given sprinkles when he asked for no sprinkles. Lee then said “we can’t take food back” even though he took the lady in front of him food back from 2 days ago. So Lee was asked why he took the Lady’s food back but he can’t fix the order that he just ordered. His response was “you can speak to my manager” mind you I’m on the phone on FaceTime the whole time witnessing this and I could NOT believe what was happening. I wish I could say that racism doesn’t exist but it does and this was disgusting to witness! If you can’t treat people equally then you have NO business working in Customer Service. The situation was addressed by the assistant manager who was very apologetic for his behavior and contacted the store manager who did reach out to us. I do understand there are company policy’s and that would be acceptable if Lee had not just taken food back from 2 days ago from a different race with no problem especially right in front of him. Needless to say I’m pissed!

Everytime I go to Pine Bush Dunkin Donuts there is always a problem. Order a Latte today and the machine is broken until further notice. Then there new store hours are 5am to 5pm. Monday thru Sunday. You are going to lose a lot business with those store hours. There are a lot people that love to get coffee after 5pm. BEEN SITTING IN DRIVE IN FOR 15 MIN AND SHOULD HIRE MORE PEOPLE

My family and I just moved to this area about 4 months ago and every single time we come to Dunkin 4-5 times a week something is either broken, unavailable or they ran out of something. Can you please provide your crew with what is needed so that orders can be fulfilled!? What’s the point of going to a Dunkin’ when you can’t get a coffee half the time!? You should be able to write a review for every time they mess up an order. If so I’m sure every person who comes here would be able to write a new one every other time. They absolutely have to mess up at least one item or it wouldn’t fit in with what you expect from this location! Absolutely horrifying.

I walked into the empty restaurant… girls talking and laughing in the back and don’t address me. I walk over and ask politely if I can order. The young lady turns her head and says, “I will be with you in a moment “ turns back around and continues her conversation about her young adventures. Very rude I walked out

This place is horrible, we never been at a place were the employees hide so they don't have to serve the costumers, be sitting at the car service for over 20 minutes with out response, this happens alot. Don't wast your time at this place if you're in PinBush area.

Probably one of the worst locations I have tried. The iced coffee always tastes like it’s burnt. Doughnuts taste old. Won’t be spending money at this location again. Update as of 05/16/23 seems like this location has changed management. Was in a rush and wanted coffee went through the drive thru the employee was very polite and helpful. My iced coffee was perfect. I’m definitely going to give the new management and employees several more visits to say they have made drastic improvements.

If the owner reads these reviews, do something about your store.the absolute worst dunking donuts location in New York state. Slow, and always f'ing up orders. Plan on spending at least 15 minutes if you use the horrid drive up window. Hey owner, fix it.

Yikes.not even worth the one star. Two days in a row I was served frozen egg bites, staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Worst service I've ever gotten from a Dunkin or any food establishment for that matter.

My first time there I had an excellent experience with a staff member who was the kindest, friendliest and patient with me as I didn't know what I wanted right away! I was very happy with the customer service I received! I was even giving advice on where I could take horseback riding lessons nearby which was pretty cool! Thank you!

Hardly ever right. Sad if your order butter and cream cheese on the bagel toasted the bagel should never be burnt and should have both spreads.every time I have to check the bagel before leaving.young staff can not even say sorry for messing up.like it was my fault they did not read the ticket.last time I ordered she charged me 1.99 extra for 6oz of cream cheese. I asked for my money back handed me. 75? Manager came and fixed it but it happens near on the daily here.

I am very sorry but I will never go there ever again! The counter person was very rude. My hash browns were a ball of burnt grease. My sausage egg and cheese was also bad the sausage was rubbery. Worst experience ever!

This dunkin has let us down time and time again. We sat in line at the drive thru for 25 minutes just to arrive at the window to complete chaos inside the building. The staff did not appear to know what they were doing in the slightest. We placed a mobile order and they only got half of it correct after having us re-explaining the order was at the window. We are fairly certain instead of the signature latte we ordered, we were given what appears to be a regular coffee that had been sitting out for hours as it was ice cold. We almost never complain or leave bad reviews but this was a horrible experience!

I have gone to this Dunkin Donuts about 10 times out of convenience and can count on 1 finger how many times they have gotten the order right. The dunkin stuffed bagel minis come sometimes almost frozen in the center. I have ordered snackin bacon that came almost raw. I have had to repeat the order many times at the window for them to still get it wrong. Today I asked for a medium hot chocolate and first received a coffee and then received a cup of luke warm water. They have kids in there with no supervision and too locked up in other conversations to really care. On 2 of the occasions that they got it wrong they argued with me that I said Iced Latte instead of Hot Carmel latte (I never ask for or drink Iced lattes) and then decided not to put the carmel in it. I have been to Dunkin Donuts all accross the country and normally enjoy them but it is ashamed that the one so close to my house is soooo bad. And they have proven over and over that they don't care. They treat the customer as an inconvenience. STAY AWAY

Horrible lines always long never gets my order right then the manager gets an attitude if you tell them about it minimum wait 30 mins on drive thru or inside

It was a shame when they started to close at 5. Well here I am at 4: 30 on a Friday night and they tell me that they now close at 2. Never again.
