Why is it so hard to get a cup of coffee right. Manager can be rude blaming customer for their mistakes and saying it Infront of everyone. It's embarrassing and not good service. Some days coffee taste nasty. Other Days coffee is okay. Why should have to order my coffee black just to get my order correct.

I ordered 2 hash browns well done. I watch them to see if they put my food on a fresh piece of paper. They do. When they take my food out of the oven they check with me to make sure it is cooked to my specifications. I love that.

I visit this location ever morning today the two woman there were very rude I feel like it’s a race thing because they were nicer to the woman behind me who was the same ethnicity as they were.
I asked one of the woman at the register to scan my Dunkin app so that I could obtain the free lemon cake she said ok let me scan your phone ms she scanned it so I put it in my bag she asked me if I was stealing and started to yell I told her “IMan I just asked you to scan my bar code so that I can obtain the free cake”
She then yelled “next time be clear I scanned it for point not for a free item”

I spend my hard earned money twice a day at this location the Men there are always nice and pleasant but the woman are always aggressive and rude to me everytime I visit which makes me uncomfortable my coworker had the same experience as well something has to be done

Horrible the iced latte didn’t have enough ice and they didn’t have anymore food only donuts if I had the option to give 0 stars I would the guy that was there looked like he hated his job. For it to be in the tourist area like wall st it looks really bad

Mediocre is all I can about this place. The workers are nice. The coffee is coffee, nothing to rave about. The food is subpar. Ordered a Bacon Egg Cheese Breakfast wrap for almost $3 and is about the size of 3-4 packets of ketchup, not to mention the soggy bacon. They used to be much bigger portions.

Been living downtown longer than this DD has been here.never a friendly face behind the counter in all these years. Today was the 'topping on the donut' as I will NEVER frequent this location again. I went in to buy 2 boxes of hot coffee for a student party at a nearby school- they don't offer any school discount (as most vendors in the area do) - they wouldn't give any extra cups- were so unfriendly and unpleasant AND when we got to the school (after they told us everything was in the bag) - there weren't any cups or sugar.just napkins and milk. We had to go back to get cups and sugar. I'm hoping management reads this awful review so that they wake up and 'smell the coffee'- as MANY students, teachers and admin frequent their location and it would be a shame to lose all that business because of their nasty staff and refusal to give any discount to the neighboring schools in their community.
