Dunkin', Vestal NY

Im a dunkin fan. Have been since I was a kid (who shouldnt have been drinking coffee, but yolo). I enjoy this site, more than I can say. People are friendly, even at the busiest part of the day, food/drink is precise and atmosphere is pleasant.

These are the rudest people ever and their customer service is horrendous. The manager is just as bad as the staff!

I was treated horribly at this location. I love dunkin but I will not be returning here. Sad because it was my first time since the remodel. I got my drinks (employee was miserable) and headed out with my little girl. I tripped and fell, coffees spilled, cups broke, coffee all over me and I hurt my knees pretty badly. I went back in showing them and asked them if they could please make me new ones. They questioned me up and down about what happened, like they shouldn't have to give me new ones since the fall wasn't their fault. I know for a fact any other dunkin the employees would have been more concerned with if I was okay and would have been happy to make me new drinks. They did, reluctantly, and with attitude. I thanked the manager but on the way out the rude employee rudely said you're welcome! I told her I said thank you and left. I was just appalled at the way she was towards me.

The upgrade is very nice! But you should really have much more staff in the morning. The parking lot is so busy, and the wait time is ridiculous. Otherwise the staff are very friendly, and the drinks are good.

Service was quick.real quick. It's Dunkin so the food always acceptable. Drive through was lightning speed

This one is great at making my coffee. And it's not that hard at all.

Hot fresh food, coffee made as ordered and was hot and fresh, friendly staff. Drive thru was quick. Best Dunkin in area.

Was treated very rudely today by the red haired employee. She ignored me for 10 minutes while I was standing there waiting to order so she could stand there talking to her friend. Then, when this friend told her she should go ahead and wait on me, she very snottily said, "Oh, she can go down to the drive thru if she wants to be waited on". Worst experience I ever had at a Dunkin donuts. This employee needs a serious attitude check.

So expensive for cheap food? Likes those butter peacan donuts though. Slow drive through. Weird parking lot set up

Grabbed 2 bagels and an energy punch on our way upstate. The staff is the star here, so friendly they just start your day off nice. Food was fresh and accurate. Thank you!

I was very specific on my order, but was completely ignored with my drink order and my food order. Apparently. I'm not important enough to listen to!

Wheelchair accessible but know that the left entrance has one step and the right entrance is flat. Convenient location

Very busy. Drive through had 20 cars in line. For faster service you had to go inside and even then it wasn't very fast.

Worst customer service ever. Watched the whole staff taunt and make rude comments to a customer. Disgrace to th why man race.

Kudos to the amazingly upbeat and friendly drive-thru team at this Dunkin! I never was greeted with such enthusiasm and verve! Not only was my coffee order perfect, but the experience was a total pick-me-up! Thanks for the best fast food service I've ever gotten!
