Dunkin', Rochester NY

This place survives solely on the fact that it is connected to a busy gas station. Manager is extremely rude and most staff is untrained (Anthony was great). If you want something you didn't order try this dunkin'! If you want what you ordered try the dunkin 3 miles down the road!

Just look at the picture. That’s a bagel with cream cheese and cream cheese is like 1$ now don’t think that is 1$$ worth. It took 10 minutes because apparently they were friends with the person in front of me they were chatting and giving them free food. Horrible service.

The attendant was not knowledgeable of what I wanted. Very slow, and I didn't look like he wanted to be there. Didn't have the ingredients to make my drinks. Eventually they didn't have the cup size for the drink, so my 2 drinks had to be refunded. The donut holes that i purchased were stale. Overall, wost customer service and food. WILL NEVER VISTA THIS LOCATION AGAIN!

The drive through on this Dunkin is the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. If you’re in a rush you are better off getting out of your car walking in and even then can’t be sure you’ll get a simple coffee before 20 mins go by.

Get ready to wait 45 minutes for order order no matter what time of day and when you get it it’ll most likely be messed up

Slow service in the drive thru. Waited 15 minutes two different days when there was only one car ahead of me. Burnt avocado toast, wrong orders. Leave you waiting at the window with no explanation or apology for taking up your time.

WHAT HAPPENED? ! The line is always backed up at the drive thru. When you finally hear someone on the speaker they sound like they're rushing you & don't give a total. Go thru EVERY SINGLE THING because my last 5 orders have been MISSING food or the wrong food. I'll drive farther for better. Don't go here!

Had to use my lunch break at 930 a.m. Because it took 25 minutes to move 4 cars in the drive thru. Pitiful get it together! Get off ur phones and move faster than the speed of snot.

My coffee had a inch of empty space in the top and had 0 sugar when I asked for 5. And then I ordered a Boston cream doughnut that had no cream in it. Greatly disappointed with the service and quality here

Holy hell man. I ordered a bagel, that’s it and stood there for 20 minutes watching them walk in circles. They reminded me that they didn’t forget about me, but they did. Nobody started the bagel for 15 minutes after I ordered. Slowest Dunkin in Rochester.

Awful service. Out of everything and they are a mess of a staff. Good luck jyst getting a coffee

This place needs to be shut down after telling them 6 times what I wanted in my coffee they still didn't get it right not even close. It was the most disgusting thing I've ever tasted. I understand your short staffed but if your not gonna take a couple seconds of your time to make the drink right then please dont make it at all.

I placed a mobile order here about 7: 45AM this morning. Went in waited very patiently.and no one (3 people that I saw behind the Counter) ever tried to help or acknowledge me there for an order. I waited probably close to 10 minutes then left with no coffee. My time is precious. Your customer Service SUCKS! I would expect a refund at the least for this order. If there was a minus rating, you would get it. The location was 1090 Long Pond Rd. Greece 14626

I had an amazing experience. Young man behind the counter kc or jc I believe. He had lovely nails and nice blue hair. He handled the long lines with ease and a smile on. Got everyone's orders right. This guy made my morning.

My go-to coffee:

Iced coffee with 4 pumps vanilla 3 pumps caramel 2 sugars add milk

Stood as the only person in the order counter for like 15-20 minutes while someone yelled I can’t work and take orders at the same time. It was absolutely ridiculous. Then while taking my order the coworker were talking to each other and I have to repeat myself several times

Was in Drive Thru tried to order a Frozen coffee with coconut shot and whipped cream which is on the menu. They refused to make it saying coconut is an allergen and the manager said she's not going to make it. So I went to another Location 5 minutes away and got what I wanted. I also purchased this same drink previously from this location.

I ordered sausage egg and cheese wraps. The wraps were SUPER crunchy and egg was burnt. And I ordered a large iced capp and they put it in a large cup. And basically gave me a small drink. If I wanted a small I would have gotten a small. This ice capp not only happened once. But TWO days in a row. That's just sad. I understand mistakes happen. But how can you do it twice in two days. I added the pictures. And day two there was absolutely no ice in there and an inch of just foam. I even added a picture to show no straw marks in there yet.
