I’m highly disappointed in the MANGERS AND GENERAL MANGERS OR WHAT EVER THEY are they let me go with no warning … I will be calling corporate to let them know I love all the workers there tho they are honestly the best people there jus not the general manger or OTHER MANGERS.

I fell in there property, the door was closed, so I went to the side of the drive thru. I said to her I fell can I come in and wash my hand. Very, very rudely said. I can't let you in. It's too long to explain. I was told a long time ago never to go to that place. I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED.
No one, No one asked me am I okay.

Drive through was really slow and not many cars in line. Person who took my order was very unprofessional, but the food was surprisingly good.

The donuts made here is so delicious they'll melt in your mouth and just like me, you'll keep on going back there to buy some more!

Customer service was phenomenal. Unfortunately, there's no place for pickup of mobile orders. So my order wasn't made until I arrived which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. Management should really update the store as this is the first store I've been in this has happened. She did make my drink rather quickly as there was low volume at the store. I appreciated that.

Ordered food and drinks and got talking and didn't realize I didn't get one drink for a person I was going to visit and left before realizing it.

The service is awful, despite having a lobby the door is always locked, no public restroom. Service is very subpar. That is the nicest way I could sum it all up.

Experience easily ruined with staff behavior. Drive thru attendant did not respond, went into store to order where staff ignored Payton's while standing around

The place is generally clean on the inside. Can't say the same for the outside. Service is pretty quick in the mornings when I've gone. Really enjoy the Duncan hot chocolate.

Ordered the bacon avocado tomato sandwich. Waited about 20 minutes for them to give me bacon avocado toast. Been sitting here waiting and I've overheard 3 different orders that they've messed up and had to remake while I'm sitting here waiting for mine. I'd recommend just going hungry before stopping here. It's a horrible experience.
