6 I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts this morning for a quick bite with my wife. When I walked in the manager on duty noticed us, and did not offer service. Instead he just looked at us and continued to organize donuts. Myself and the guy behind me walked out without ordering. Does the manager realize he’s there to make the business money? Not organize donuts. He was a middle aged gentleman, blue t shirt wearing a blue earpiece (not the drive through earpiece). I feel bad for all his employees having to pick up his slack.
We ended up going to a different Dunkin’ that was on our path. We got served immediately at that one.
Went through the drive thru and asked specifically about an item we didn’t see in the bags, we were told “it’s in the bag” drove away and of course the missed items. Walked in and the staff member asked what seemed to be the manager who responded “I don’t know what’s going on right now” the only person that was able to help was a young, shorter girl with dark hair who credited my card because they couldn’t make another breakfast wrap right away and apologized kindly multiple times. Maybe the manager could learn from her on how to handle customers with kindness and patience.
Absolutely my favorite group of coffee people they always go above and beyond for me I can't say enough about this amazing group thanks so much guys
For me it always bagel + 2 sweet ones and strong coffee.

I love Dunkin Donuts. I go there for coffee weekly. I also take the child I watch once a week for bagel minis or the dragon fruit refresher which are her fav
The manager at this location Marisa should not be in management. I’ve never had someone so unprofessional deal with an over charge issue and instead of being professional manager. She says, “ it’s not my problem you obviously are having a bad day “ and shuts the drive thru window on me and walks away. Yeah I’m having a bad day now bc of your unprofessionalism. I’ll make sure I go to Starbucks right next door from now on.
