Ordered through the app, she forgot part of the order, then this is what happened to my $1.79 donut! What happened to taking pride in a job well done?

Store did not have a complete assortment of donuts available…half of selection was depleted …. Morning rush hour most likely contributed to that…. Service was very good …girl at counter was friendly…. Restaurant was very clean inside as well….

Order was ready. Accurate delivery. Friendly service assisting guests picking up. Dining room was updated and clean as was the restroom.

Excellent, always smooth coffee served promptly in the drive thru. Friendly, courteous staff.

This is my fav, non-negotiable wake up spot, always make my coffee with love, all the employees know my order and I always have good banter and a smile to start my day off right

They are literally so slow here it is absolutely unbelievable how it could possibly take as long as it does for them to make coffees/simple food, 75% of the employees are not friendly and look miserable most of the time, it is hit or miss whether you will get your coffees made right or if your food will be fresh, taste stale or just be over cooked. Hire more employees and actually train them right. Because the few good employees who do work here also have to put up with the slack of everyone else.

Never have any issues at this location with how frequently I get coffee, 10/10 always ready for pickup when I order

I have been in DD stores all over NY State and have never been in one more unclean than this one. Floors hadn't been swept in forever. Mens room was absolutely flithy. Tried to find someone to mention the condition of the restroom to and no one to be found.
