Dunkin', Irondequoit NY

I never leave reviews about places but the staff here is so rude/miserable for absolutely no reason, I get being rude to a customer if they're being terrible but i just ordered a coffee and they all seemed put out by it?

SERVICE IS SO BAD HERE. Worst attitude at a restaurant I've ever experienced and I work in the service industry.

One of the better Dunkin Donuts …. Nice dining room for people to sit and relax while they enjoy their breakfast…. Very good service…girl at front counter was very polite….

Had a terrible experience at Dunkin on Hudson. Ordered one jelly filled donut. Was charged 6 bucks! Checked receipt and it was for two donuts and coffee. Brought to the window worker’s attention. He asked if I still wanted the two donuts I never ordered. I said sure. Got a 50 cent refund. When I got home the second donut turned out to be a plain donut. Now I recognize this is a first world problem but it really pissed me off. I hate getting ripped off even if for just a little so I will Never go there again…Never. Also the guy that worked there’s attitude sucked.

Probably the worst customer service experience i’ve had, and i work in customer service! They had about 7-8 employees working, ONE person was taking orders AND making the drinks for the people inside.i stood and waited 10-15 min before the next person got to order in line. No sense of urgency in that place.everyone moves at their own pace and they don’t care how many people are waiting.i used to be a regular here but not anymore! Do better dunkin’ donuts

This location has gone down hill precipitously in the past year. Very rude staff, that is incompetent as well as lacking in personal hygiene. After going into the store recently after receiving someone else’s order then encountering the rude and hygiene challenged staff, I will never eat here again. Yuck!

So let me begin. Its Sunday morning and me and my wife stop to get coffee before church. When I pulled up to the mic I was greeted with attitude and I said I'm here for a mobile order. Said my name person on the Mic says who with a little attitude. Just not used to that attitude at this location. The woman at the window had a nice greeting face passing my things and was so nice, but she was not the one of the mic. But I do choose this location because it's close to my house and a easy stop and go on my way location. And I don't even want to talk about how bad my coffee was. Just know I will not be returning to this establishment. At the end of the day it's just not the same anymore

The one on Hudson Ave in Rochester, NY is awesome. Everything was hot, fresh, and delicious. People employed there are awesome

I hate giving out bad reviews but this one definitely needs 0 I order my order I've been waiting 10 minutes and then one of workers comes up to me and says your order is coming he just forgot your order! How do you forget a customer's order never had that problem before Nobody ask me Hey did you get your order nobody they were so busy talking when they was gonna get out of work giggling and laughing

Good service but that breakfast taco was sad! It tasted fine but it was barely bigger than the palm of my hand and definitely wasn't worth the $3.50 for one measley taco ($2.99 w/o bacon). This definitely should not have cost more than $2 so wow Dunkin definitely a rip-off!

When my daughter and her friend and me went to dunkin drive thru the lady gave us an attitude and didn't even know what drink I was ordering and when I asked for a dount for my daughter she said we are all out very snotty like and then she didn't even ask us if we were done with our order. We just left. I think she should learn better manners.

Awful experience… the lady there was just disgusting and disrespectful. Attitude all the time, sweating around food, no gloves or wash of hands. Just sick.

Came in to purchase a coffee and was told I had to leave because I was wondering by the manager I highly recommend you not visiting this location a lot of the staff are can be quite rude

I like this particular Dunkin', but they are a tad bit slow with their service. If they're busy, you're not getting out quickly. Even if they're not busy, don't expect a quick experience. The people are friendly and kind though!

I went today to get me an Ice Coffee and a some donuts. The cashier and the other employee.
The cashier was yelling about sitting on the tables.

Titus dunkin is the best they get every order right. I have a favorite staff that hears me over the intercom an already know who I am and knows what I want! You cant beat that!

Came in to get a Box O' Joe. Was quickly provided with the box plus a set of cups, creamer, and sugar without asking. Very efficient service.

Food is good, but this is the second time in a row that they’ve screwed up my order and given me donuts I didn’t ask for.
