They have such an apathetic attitude. Literally how much coffee I was given.

I was waiting for my order one of the young ladies in there just seating there texting away store getting full she is helping non of her Co workers. She seating there giving dirty looks to everyone except for friends who came in store an was giving out free ice cream. She can never take my order as long as she works there I get bad vibes when she is working there an only thing I see her do is make cones. I believe she might be a manager at night. Feel bad for other workers cus she has no customer service. Even watch her drop a lady food an didn't say one word to customer.

Service can be slow sometimes but overall the staff is good except for one short fat spanish lady who closes Mondays and Tuesdays. If you show up an hour before closing she ALWAYS gives an attitude if you ask for a latte but the store doesn’t close for an hour.

If you don’t like your job just quit and find another job. It’s pretty simple.

Also, the homeless people literally just hang out right by the door. Some even inside and no one on staff tells them to leave either they just stay there. This is EVERY SINGLE DAY.

They do make great lattes though.

I paid in the app just ti find out they didn't have anything I ordered and I ordered 2 donuts and a large coffee. How don't you have the 2 items they advertise

Could of got better rating but homeless people in front of the store makes it a bad look and keeps people not coming inside

I got food poisoning from this place, don’t order any items from the food menu to play it safe (more specifically items that have sausage in it).
