8Hey everyone please be mindful if your using Uber, DoorDash or any other food delivery service with this dunkin. They do not follow any food restrictions you may have or dietary restrictions. I ordered a non caffeinated tea and they gave me a black tea which is caffeinated. Keep in mind I ordered chamomile tea, as the person who I was getting this for CANNOT have caffeine under no circumstances. If they were out they could’ve easily communicated with the delivery person who could’ve contacted me and perhaps given me another option on another non caffeinated tea. But no, they gave me a tea with the name BOLD in it. Chamomile is a calming tea what made you think it was okay to go from chamomile tea to BOLD tea. Your playing with peoples lives… it’s sad because I always vouch for this location but I’m starting to understand why it’s always empty when I go in.
This Dunkin use to be better. Now the service is super slow and half the chairs for the tables are missing.
Dinkink Donut iz getting expensive. Spent over $20.00 on the following items I purchased. Two donuts, small cappuccino, small coffee and an iced lemon loaf.
How can you sell drinks and food and deny the customers to use the bathroom! The place has a bathroom but not to customers the guy on front had the nerve to say to me ohhh there’s no dining? I don’t care about that I got coffee and I can’t use the bathroom poor service!
It is incredible that the manager spends talking on the phone when there are many people waiting for the order and he is only laughing with his employee. I go through my order every morning, for my workers and I always have to see how he does not mind giving a good service to the people the company should investigate so they know what is happening in that Dunkin
The service was terrible. My daughter, who is only 16 years old, went to buy coffee and donuts for a family reunion and since when do these people who work there ask what I am going to buy things for and another that according to they did not understand my daughter what is They needed someone else and she started asking my daughter what school she goes to and that she was invited to go out with him, these people have no education and not because they work there, they want to be daring with the customers, they are here to serve, no to ask personal questions my daughter definitely does not return to a place where they made her feel very uncomfortable
I ordered something and they gave me a whole other thing. I said it twice and they gave me something I didn’t order and I had to pay for it. Last time I ordered two cappuccinos and they were burnt and disgusting. Never coming back to this place again, their workers need to listen better and get a simple order right or needs to be retrained.
