Dunkin', Ithaca NY

Was trying to order at the drive through but they couldn’t hear so they brought someone else over and i spoke louder so they could hear me better and the woman on the speaker had an attitude and accused me of yelling at her.after all that they got our order wrong and the woman was so rude when we got to the window to pick up our food.horrible experience.

Fast and attentive service, and very well done. Delicious signature latte. Now with a totem, if no one's on the counter.

Order a large latte, and took 20+ minutes to get. I get that it’s short staffed but I watch 5 cars go thru and it’s almost or as bad as Starbucks. This is the last time I will get coffee at DD,

Drinks and food are good but the menu is not friendly, not easy to read quickly and there’s a rush from the person taking the order, not a nice experience at all.

So slow, like 25min wait for a bagel.and then it was burnt black.also recently ordered a muffin and when I opened the bag, the muffin was torn into thirds.idk what they're doing

We sat at the drive thru while a man in a nice truck tried to order breakfast. They told him they couldn’t serve breakfast and he was pretty frustrated. I assumed he was just being rude. They told him they were preparing catering and couldn’t make breakfast. He peeled off.
We pulled up to order hash browns and a coffee. They said they weren’t allowed to prepare food.
Also, who TF orders catering from Dunkin?
Next time you need to cater an event, just leave the closed sign up.

Popped in here after a day of hiking and looking for waterfalls in Ithaca, around Cornell University. I got the large caramel iced Latte with whipped cream. This place even had nice little leather chairs to sit in instead of the usual tables and chairs. It sure tasted great and cooled me down after all the walking. Plus it gave me a little caffeine boost to continue our hiking adventure.

Surprisingly fast, everyone is very professional compare to some other Dunkin where you wait 5+min just for a ice coffee

Tried to order in the drive through but couldn't hear anything so after several attempts to communicate I just drove up to the window so I could hear better and place my order. The person at the window immediately brought their manager over (not sure why?) and the manager started yelling at me for cutting in line (I just drove forward) and demanding that I drive back around and place my order through the drive through speaker. After 30 seconds of listening to this lady yell at me about how horrible I am I just drove off - I didn't even know what to say in response. I have never had a worse experience at a drive through. This never happens at Starbucks.

I haven’t had a bad experience here. Have gone through the drive thru window multiple times at different days and times of the day without any issue. Service is always great and quick.

Not sure what the negativity here is. For sure it’s better than the one down on Meadow!

I went in to order a drink for my boyfriend and I. I paid and once the order went through and the workers started to work on it, a girl worker said “imagine paying $6 for a drink”, scoffed and then laughed. Her coworkers laughed. We were the only people in there and yet she still made that comment super loudly and while I was still in front of her. Not one of those workers told her to at least wait until we left before she commented. I went in there to pay for a drink, not her opinion. Besides that, this Dunkin is always clean and fine but that interaction definitely made me feel weird

This is a more specific review for one item:
I go to this Dunkin very very often as it is closest to my house. Typically everything is amazing but in the summer I get frozen coffee‘s. The consistency of how they are made is everywhere, but most of the time you get frozen milk rather than frozen coffee. Today I finally got the courage to ask for it to be remade, as I hate being the person to do that, she asked me why and I told her that it tasted only of just frozen milk. She already seemed pretty upset to begin with so obviously me asking for it to be remade wasn’t met with much patience. She remade it and it in fact, had less coffee flavoring in it than the first one. It tasted of straight milk. I’m not sure if that was done on purpose or what the situation is. It just sucks spending so much money on a small frozen coffee to not be able to drink it 70% of the time. It’s the one thing I give myself in the morning to start my day on a good note as I don’t like iced coffee. I just wish it was made more consistently.

I was really taken back how one of the managers Jade was rude to me for walking back in the store after leaving the drive through. Her attitude and body language and facial expression was unbelievable. She was angry and sassy towards me before I even said a word. Even her workers and other managers noticed and apologized for her behavior. I’m usually not the one to go out of my way to leave reviews but this has happened before with the same person. It seems like she is not happy but this is not what customer service looks like. This needs to stop.

They should force employees to wear hairnets, it's disgusting to find hair in food and it's not the first time it's happened to me, it's been multiple times.customer service is very bad and rude
