3Zero stars. They put a bucketful of ice in my iced drink. They’re ripping off customers. You only sip a couple of times and your drink is finished. When I went to complain the workers there didn’t offer to make the order right or apologize. Always ask for light ice in all your cold drinks or these scammers will try to rip you off time and time again.
It is a good restaurant with good service and food, and there is a service in Spanish than in English.
Great customer service! I ordered my annual work holidays gifts (~25 boxes of mixed variety munchkins) and they were so helpful. Didn't have ready when arrived for 6am pickup so took a bit longer than expected, but overall very efficient and nice (unlike my experience at Riverdale Ave location where 2 boxes of munchkins yesterday seemed too much to handle for the extremely rude woman working) and they even helped me with the bags which was much appreciated. Will be returning to 231st St location in future!
