Dunkin', Ogdensburg NY

This dunkin is hit or miss and lately it’s been a miss. Toasted bagel doesn’t mean bread warmed up…and the customer service is very dismissive.

Popped in here for a coffee, hot chocolate and doughnuts on our way to Watertown. Didn’t disappoint everything tasted great and the doughnuts were fresh

I go to this dunkin about every day. I’m always happy with my order. Customer service is decent. Hunter is my favorite, always nice and a blessing to talk to!

I love the donuts and coffee at Dunkin'. I have found that he staff at this location are always super friendly. Orders are always filled promptly and accurately.

We did self-service, but it didn't tell staff what we wanted besides the drinks. It also let us order donuts that they never sell at this location. The donuts were tasteless. The coffee, as usual, was awesome.

Worse Dunkin’ Donuts ever day of the parade there was no baker that showed up they showed up at 8 a donut shop without donuts smh they fire there good workers keep

I ordered online at 7: 30 and when I got there at 7: 40 the doors were locked and the workers were yelling at me that they were closed and to leave, meanwhile I placed my order online and it was already paid for, also they close at 8pm, now I understand it was a little bit to close to close, the manager i believe let me in and made the drinks I ordered but the whole time the employees were complaining and yelling the whole time throwing things around, threatening me telling me not to order if I know they close at 8, I was just trying to get some caffeine for work! Definitely never wasting my money there ever again!

This place is a joke. Waited 20-30 mins just for them to take drive thru orders. Awful service. Dont go here.

Ordered on my phone and went to pick it up and my coffee was barely hot and the cashier looked like she seen a ghost when I asked her a question lol.

Fast service, correct order! When they ran out of a key ingredient they gave me that cup for free. I had an excessively large order for ten plus people and they served me quickly. No complaints at all about this location and it's staff.

Went for a sandwich and was told they are not serving food, only drinks. Terrible experience.

The management is beyond HORRIBLE and u professional.they make people wait while they show pictures to one another, talk to one another and hand rhe customers their things and say nothing to them. They are ALWAYS short and the wait is un believable. The employees seem to not stay long working there and why doesn't cooperate ask why? I personally asked the "Manager" the number to cooperate to complain and she told me she didn't know it one of the workers sent me a private message and gave it to me! If I didn't love there products I wouldn't go through the aggravation

Great little Dunkin - I'm a Canadian and make a point of going as much as possible.can't beat their iced mocha macchiatos!
