First of this place looked terrible. As if someone vandalized the place. Service terrible. Food and coffee tasted old. Just a no. Overall NASTY

Seems like the staff has one sided beef with me. Not sure as to why since I always greet and use my manners when I walk in and out of there but that’s out of my control. The staff is very unprofessional (minus one not sure of his name but he’s in his teens/young adult?). I come here from time to time and every time I walk in the staff completely ignores me until I’m the last person waiting for their order pickup and then they’ll ask me and hand me my food after it’s been sitting on the counter for 10+ minutes at maximum. The drinks aren’t made right and half the time taste like water and the seating area is a story for another day. Unless you’re getting the food for free I wouldn’t bother coming here and wasting money.

They don’t allow you to take bottled water and orange juice out of the fridge, you they have to do it for you. I ordered an orange juice and it took them fifteen minutes to get it for me. It doesn’t require any preparing, all they had to do was open up the fridge and get an orange juice.

Workers acting overworked and underpaid!

Iced Coffee and Donuts and Refreshers

Every time I go into the location the employees are very unprofessional, and they are always mad for some reason. I love Dunkin but not this one!

In January 18 2023 at 7: 00 pm I ordered a hot chocolate and I asked the worker to give me extra milk in a small cup so i can add the much i want but he said that he added
already and i asked to give me extra because I like the milk to be more than the chocolate but he got mad and was too rude honestly this is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I've went to.

Terrible service I ordered a bagel and the guy had an attitude and didn’t give me a receipt and I asked for a refund and he said I need the receipt when he didn’t give me one. Never go there they should shut it down immediately. Or atleast fire the employees. This is ridiculous.

The lobby area is always dirty. While the work are just standing around nothing. Wanting to dine in.
