I ordered 2 coffees today through the app and when we tried them they were both very watered down and didn’t taste great. We asked for them to be remade again, and it was ok again the second time. Mine was supposed to be made with oat milk, and now I’m thinking it wasn’t the second time because my stomach is suffering.

I order almost every other day and they always prepare it right nothing goes wrong and if they don’t have it they replace with you choice walking in or they give you an extra item for free. They are so wonderful and I leave them a tip quite often they work very hard back there. One day they said they have almost 2000 orders that morning. To the service be great the staff is always so kind and makes the cleanest and comforting place

Went here for a drink and some icecream. Staff looked pretty unhappy about having to serve customers which was surprising to see as always found other locations delivered great service. No Sundays available and only said we could choose from one of the 2 icecream coolers. Staff didn’t say why or what was wrong with the other icecream but the ones we ended up choosing were ok, just wasn’t what we wanted. As we had already paid we had to go with what they said but won’t be returning in a hurry. Shame as love their donuts

Days here and days starting at Starbucks.
They are getting things quickly moving in the mornings.

I order through the Dunkin app, and after 3 years of going to this particular Dunkin due to how close it is to my job. I have this much to say:
1. They never make a Caramel Craze signature latte correctly, it always taste like regular coffee with just milk topped with whipped cream. I do not taste caramel AT ALL. 6$+ down the drain. (Whereas the Dunkin on 51st and 8th makes an amazing caramel craze, you can actually taste the caramel) the amount of money spent for this particular coffee is absurd when it’s not done correctly 75% of the time.
2. I understand this location gets busy, and in person orders will come before me but there is no reason why my order should be completed as late as it is. It takes me 3 mins walking to get there and I usually end up waiting close to 10 mins for it once I arrive. (My order number could be 3012 and order numbers 3027+ will be completed before mine)

TLDR: prepare to wait a long time for 1 coffee and for your coffee to not be what it is suppose to be.

I regularly use the app to order ahead and pick up from this location. I have NEVER waited for my food and the order is always correct.

Wateva u do DO NOT order the so called 3cheese croissant stuffer!

it’s a simple tiny croissant w/only a tiny piece of hard shell stuck on the top! Guess that’s the cheese.fell off when i picked it out the bag!
it’s empty inside don’t know where they get the name 4 this 1!
for $6 i could of bought croissants & fed the neighborhood!

I've lowered my review from 5 stars one year ago to 3 stars now. Store is always dirty. A recent morning and a different afternoon visit found the seating area littered with signicant food matter on the floor, on the bankette, and on the tables. Behind the counter service is consistently courteous, and efficient. Management needs to coordinate cleaning times to benefit the customer. Most customers pop in and get their donuts and beverage to go. A Baskin-Robbins ice cream counter is available here too.

The tables were dirty. I had to swipe it down myself. Beside that, it was nice here. Staff was great.
