Leaving this review because I was so wonderfully helped this morning by Rosa. I mumbled my order while flustered about something else and she very easily could've just said "excuse me? " or ask me to speak up, but she took a moment to gently ask me to repeat myself in a way and in a tone that said "relax, Jared, this does not need to add to the stress of your day. " Obviously she didn't really say that- what she actually said was "could you repeat yourself for me please? " with a calm smile. Made a gigantic difference.

The donuts are cool, good and very affordable, the coffee is water.too bad.

The employees do not understand English, I ordered two regular coffees to take away, when I arrived at the hotel I removed the lid and they were two different things.
When I paid they didn't give me a ticket.
Fatal service and training for a coffee shop chain of this level.
I hope they take it into account

Each Dunkin is different, the bigger the more variety, but they all have very good products and at a good price.

Woman that served me had some memory issues.
I recommend that patrons just slow it down and be patient at this location.

Very warm welcome, the “egg bacon and cheese” croissant is really good.

Plastic was in my glazed donut which I ate and received an allergic reaction to. I called Dunkin’ Donuts and the corporation said the business owner would contact me and has failed to do so.
